It is easy to get to from the airport. Plenty of parking space.
It is very badly equipped . Not enough cutlery or plates for two to eat.
It smells of curry in the rooms and this makes your clothes smell.
There are not enough coat hangers…2 were provided. The pillows are very uncomfortable and the bed just about comfortable. The chain on the door was missing . The room could have beencleaner. For example a dirty sock was found on the shelf in the room where you can store clothes.
The staff can ,if asked ,provide things you need like teaspoons to make a drink but they take a very long time organizing the basics that should really be provided. .

Привітний персонал, чистота, комфортні апартаменти з кухнею, безкоштовна наземна парковка. Можна з песиком. Також нам були Букінгом запропоновані безкоштовні сніданки, що були приємним бонусом. Швидко добиратися на автомобілі до Женеви. В Тріорі є магазини в пішій доступності. Рекомендуємо!

A un kilómetro y poco de un centro comercial.,
El lavavajillas no funcionaba, un peligro porque estaba suelto y se caia para adelate al abrir la puerta.
Las almohadas super bajas.
El agua caliente de la ducha tardaba en llegar, pero como 5 minutos o mas con el grifo abierto hasta que salía el agua caliente.
Un poco lejos de cualquier sitio.
Soggiorno gradevole se fatto per pochi giorni. Struttura silenziosa, ampio parcheggio.
Cucina un po' piccola e assenza di tavoli e sedie per mangiare (noi eravamo in 4). Frigorifero non proprio pulito. Trovato dei capelli negli asciugamani del bagno (non erano ancora stati usati). Sarebbe opportuna una ristrutturazione dei locali.
Confort de la chambre assez grande avec cuisine , SDB et WC séparé .
Draps propre et serviette de toilette propre.
Café dosettes et bouilloire de dispo.
1 seule chaise pour 2 personnes.
Baignoire avec calcaire.
Attention : mouchoirs par terre à l’entrée donc le sol a t il été lavé ??
Revoir les oreillers.
Personnels non souriant à l’accueil.
je connais cet établissement :bonne proportion de la pièce qui a été rénovée ainsi que tout l'étage ,l'ascenseur ,le coin déjeune

The hotel probably got 4 stars for having a refrigerator in the room, but the breakfast was one of the saddest
Front desk staff was quite reliable, and the rooms are well equipped and fairly clean.
Restaurant staff and espesially the restaurant manager was very rude. She was coming to bother us non stop while we were having our breakfast, even if we dont speak French she was just staying there not letting us enjoy our meal. Walking after us and coming to say things all the time and complain. I went to take one egg - she came to pick my egg and make sure I didn't take a raw one and started talking again explaining why she is checking. It was too much she should respect personal boundaries and not interfere and touch the food from your plate. I wanted to take some hot water for my medicine in a disposable cup I brought, i ask the reception they said its okay but the restaurant manager started shouting this is not allowed. It's was unbearable breakfast ruining our stay at a 4 star hotel.

L’accueil, l'espace dans les chambres, la diversité de produits proposés au petit-déjeuner.
Les draps étaient tachés, les portes du placard étaient cassées. La propreté était négligée.
