Old, dated facilities. Furniture is old.
Toilets need replaced. Or at least raised toilet seats. The toilets are not acceptable for males seated on the toilet. Replace the seats with 2” higher seats. (Female won’t understand the above) so share with a male manager.

Pleasant hotel
Pros:

Very friendly staff, especially Clifford at the front desk. Comfortable bed and temperature regulation.

Cons:

Super expensive for what it is, maybe due to the marathon that weekend. No filtered water available except for in the gym. No tea in the room.

OK, but I think it was overpriced way overpriced

Air conditioning in the rooms are like sitting with a locomotive and hit running all night or a diesel engine. It was horrible no sleep whatsoever.
