I came to this hotel today tired hungry, pissed off and jetlagged
Let me be very clear I’m not loyal to any brands hence why I don’t do many reviews. I don’t correct points because of the type of work I’m in.
But let me be excruciatingly clear
I’ve never had the experience that I had l today
Understanding that I’ve stayed in some of the top hotels in the world and some of the very very worst hotels in the world
I was greeted by a person called Aedan
I’ve honestly never felt as welcomed and had such professional service in my whole life
This person will be poached very very quickly hold onto this person they need to be the person that trains all of your staff and all staff across at all hotels
What an absolute delight
I’ve only just checked in. I’m here till Wednesday. I may extend just because of that person

I’m in town for GTC in San Jose and staying at the Hampton Inn in Milpitas. I accidentally booked my stay from Saturday to Thursday instead of the correct dates, and when I realized the mistake, I called the front desk. Alex Fernandez was the one who answered and he was incredibly helpful in quickly fixing the issue for me.
He made the process seamless and stress-free, even though it was my mistake. As a Hilton Diamond member, I’ve had my share of experiences, but Alex’s exceptional customer service really stood out. I’m sure he would’ve gone above and beyond for anyone, not just me, and I truly appreciate the effort he put into helping me.
If you’re staying here, I hope you get the chance to be helped by Alex—he truly made my stay a lot easier!

Rates were fair and room was clean and comfortable for traveling family. Breakfast was an added bonus.
PROS: Front desk staff was very pleasant, listened to our needs (since we were traveling with toddlers and a handicap senior) , and very accommodating. We were all very pleased with the room.
CONS: Room was not cleaned everyday. Traveling with toddlers meant dirty diapers and wipes that can’t be flushed down the toilets and filled waste baskets. Called front desk for clean towels which were delivered. Asked that the trash be removed, was told it would be taken care of the following day (day we checked out). Made a special request that trash be removed and no one ever came. Very disappointed, would not be staying in this hotel again.

First I want to focus on the friendly, helpful and professional staff. From checking on parking requirements before my booking to the check in with Aastha, who was exceptional all aspects have been 100%.
The room is clean and reasonably appointed. I have strong hopes on the breakfast.
All booked thru Hilton App with no issues. The phone key was not functioning at this time but I saw that Hilton is footwork on the backend systems on the 28th of September. No worries, card keys were quickly provided.
I would certainly stay here again if I needed a stay in this area.
FYI: It’s about $20 to Uber to SJC.
