Frokost i overkant enkel, og spisestedet er svært "bråkete". Vi valgte å sitte ute, selv om det var enkelt var det vesentlig bedre da det var skygge der. Vi har også bodd på Hampton Inn & Suites, Louisville, Kentucky, og der var frokostsalen både hyggeligere, og mindre støyete.

Cons:

Ref. frokostsalen over. I tillegg lukter det ikke godt i gangarealene, ventilasjonen på rommet er for svak eller ikke fungerende. Når vi setter A/C til 73 og det er "normal" romtemp, blir det innestengt og lukter ikke godt.

Mitt råd til hotellet: Oppgrader fellesarealene, innstaller ventilasjon, og det er unødvendig høy kostnadsbruk tilknyttet A/C anlegget - behovet for at det skal kjøres på 69 F er ikke i kundenes interesse (for kaldt).

Was not able to locate the hotel by GPS or driving instructions. Called on numerous occasions and received no answer from the hotel. A complaint was filed and my credit card was still charged for one (1) night even though I was unsuccessful in locating the hotel.
