Es muy buen hotel, cómodo, silencioso (así que si haces ruido en la habitación o pasillo se escucha) ubicación increíble, tiene cercas varias estaciones de metrobus, farmacia y Seven Eleven. El restaurante es amplio, desayuno muy bueno, la comida es buena en general, super buenos precios. El personal es agradable nos dio indicaciones para llegar a lugares turísticos y nosotros hicimos check-in alrededor de las 10Am sin avisar y nos dejaron entrar a la habitación sin pagar early check-in eso fue grandioso. Tiene uno y que otro detalle la habitación pero nada que afecte, humedad en una ciudad como CDMX es normal con tanta lluvia, al menos nosotros que veníamos de Cancún estamos acostumbrados pero igual eran detalles mínimos. En general muy buena experiencia para 3 noches y 4 días, definitivamente es una de nuestras nuevas opciones si regresamos de vacaciones a CDMX. ❤️🇲🇽👍

Discriminación por género incluso la patrulla de grnero llego a auxiliarme porque me desconectaron la luz y desalojaron por discriminación incluso no me aceptaban mi pago solo me querían fuera
EL SERVICIO
A lovely big room on the top floor.
Wow. The smell from the bathroom. The not kept up to little repairs. The windows that they know about that leak heavily when it rains !! Yes unbelievable.

Es la primera vez que reservo.. totalmente diferente a los anuncio ... habitación muy pequeña.la bañera estuvo sucia el agua no calentaba lo suficiente .. la comida.. pedí unos tacos dorados y estuvo grasoso y muy tostados el desayuno buffet no hay variedad deberían poner algo continental no solo lo tradicional casi me olvido el servicio de cable en la tv realmente fatal nunca pude usar, enviaron al personal que lo arreglé pero era igual ..pedí cambio de habitación un poco mejor

La amabilidad del personal, la opción de desayuno bufé excelente 👌, ubicación del hotel genial.
Almohadas un poco incomodas.
El parqueo es incómodo por eso ofrecen el servicio de valet parking; sin embargo, notamos un rayón en el espejo lateral de nuestro auto alquilado cuando lo comentamos en recepción nos dijeron que el servicio de parqueo lo ofrecen otras personas y que está a cargo de ellos por lo que el hotel no tiene injerencia. Fuera de eso, todo muy bien.

The location is excellent, right on the main avenue.
The hotel is in a shocking state of disrepair. There is no ventilation in the rooms. The shower is full of mold. Broken lights. The door barely opens. They didn't provide toilet paper until we asked. If not for the location and the World Cup match, we would have fled on the first day.
