Muchas áreas de oportunidad
Pros:

La ubicación es muy buena y el personal fue amable.

Cons:

Me parece le vendría bien una remodelación integral, no solo es tener un piso bonito en la habitación, el diseño en el baño es terrible, piso y paredes oscuras solo guardan mas suciedad, un olor muy desagradable a caño en el baño, las sábanas deben reemplazarse por nuevas cuando se ensucian, no ponerlas percudidas, las toallas, nada esponjosas para secar, e incluso al desdoblar la de las manos estaba sucia, el aroma del jabón y el shampoo, es naranja agria, mala elección y el shampoo muy duro para el cabello.... la recepción igual muy oscura, me parece que les vendría bien un asesor de diseño de interiores y reiniciar el tema limpieza y humedades en las habitaciones, algo que pasa en muchas estancias es que ponen como servicio de TV, Netflix y demás, pero en realidad tú debes llevar tus servicios para darlos de alta en las pantallas, lo que ponen es la pantalla no el servicio de entretenimiento, con controles sin números, con lo cual pasas un buen rato dándole la vuelta para llegar a cierto canal... muchas áreas de oportunidad...

Mi estancia en el hotel El Ejecutuvo Reforma
Pros:

La ubicación es excelente , al igual que el servicio. Los colaboradores son muy amables.

Cons:

La ubicación es excelente, aunnque los alrededores del hotel demerita un poco la imagen, sin ser responsabilidad de ellos. La habitación olía un poco a humedad y el baño también tenía un poco de humedad.

It will be the perfect hotel if they would upgrade the room( sheets, pillows, towels, furniture)
Pros:

It was a good location, staff were very welcoming and polite and friendly.

Cons:

Everything is old, towels, sheets, pillows, furniture, tv, bed set, windows curtains were ripped. They need to upgrade everything in the room, even toilet paper was the cheap one, they need to remodel the rooms, it’s ok if the prices go higher but the rooms need upgrades, and it’s too bad that they don’t do it because the location is great and staff are awesome.

Muy satisfecho
Pros:

La atención del personal muy cálida sobre todo los meseros y las meseras del buffet y la cena, en especial una chica mesera de lentes creo se llama dolores, muy atenta siempre me ofrecía alternativas cuando no me gustaba algo,

Cons:

En realidad me gustó todo no se puede ser perfecto pero trataron de serlo. Y esa intención es muy apreciada

El trato del personal: Roxana, Ulises, Pamela, Juan Pablo, Guillermo, etc.

Cons:

Los baños de la recepción. Necesitan limpieza. Es la segunda vez que lo observo en una estancia. Los de mujeres necesitan limpieza.

Exelente ubicación, el restaurante, es muy buena opcion, para considerar quedarte en el hotel y descansar un poco más, las camas son muuy comodas, despues de un dia agotador, porder descansar tranquilamente, sin ruido de la ciudad, es muy buena opción a considerar,
