Pros:

La amabilidad del personal, la opción de desayuno bufé excelente 👌, ubicación del hotel genial.

Cons:

Almohadas un poco incomodas.

El parqueo es incómodo por eso ofrecen el servicio de valet parking; sin embargo, notamos un rayón en el espejo lateral de nuestro auto alquilado cuando lo comentamos en recepción nos dijeron que el servicio de parqueo lo ofrecen otras personas y que está a cargo de ellos por lo que el hotel no tiene injerencia. Fuera de eso, todo muy bien.

The location is excellent, right on the main avenue.

Cons:

The hotel is in a shocking state of disrepair. There is no ventilation in the rooms. The shower is full of mold. Broken lights. The door barely opens. They didn't provide toilet paper until we asked. If not for the location and the World Cup match, we would have fled on the first day.

Pésimo baño con falta de limpieza profunda mínimo un año (siendo generoso) . Falta de mantenimiento en general

El baño estaba en un mal estado de higiene. Moho negro en muchas zonas. Piso y paredes de ducha que pese a ser negro se notaba inclusive zonas de falta de higiene profunda hacía mucho tiempo . El lavabo y mesa de baño eran Adaptadas y no algo empotrado de una sola piensa si no hecho para acomodar solamente . Espejo en mal estado . En general todo el baño si se podría poner nota negativa se la llevaría. No tenía ventilación funcionando o ventana y se quedaba húmedo por horas ya que la ventana del cuarto tenía que estar cerrada porque estaban en un estado deplorable y oxidadas por dentro y fuera . Las cortinas con moho igualmente.
