La ubicación es excelente a unos pasos de reforma
El hotel está muy bien ubicado y limpio
El restaurante todo muy rico y el personal muy amable.
Que no nos dejaron hacer el check-in antes de tiempo...logico, mediante el pago correspondiente... aparte pedí un rollo de papel y no nos los dieron éramos cuatro en la ubicación y solo nos dejaron dos toallas
La habitación olía a drenaje, el área de la regadera en mal estado

El mantenimiento al Hotel , esta cada vez peor , las toallas no se han cambiados en años, los baños del loby en muy al estado y sucios, mantenimiento general del Hotel es necesario , parace que la administracion actual lo tiene desastendido , definitivamente en mi proximo viaje busco otra opcion

La ubicación sigue siendo el plus de este hotel. Las habitaciones espaciosas y cómodas, el internet bueno y el restaurante aceptable.
Tristemente, sigue en decadencia el hotel, Los elevadores en mal estado, uno funcionando intermitentemente, las habitaciones con falta de mantenimiento, principalmente en baños. Las cortinas de la habitación, muy necesarias por que pega el sol directo, ya en mal estado.
Ojalá no lo dejen caer, es un hotel muy bueno.

This has become my favorite place to stay in Mexico City, and I keep coming back for a reason. The recent renovations have made the hotel feel even fresher, while the rooms remain incredibly spacious with equally generous bathrooms. The location is unbeatable, with easy access to the Metro, Metrobús, bike stations, convenience stores, and so much of the city. What truly keeps me loyal, though, is the reception team. Their service is consistently warm, efficient, and genuinely exceptional every single visit.
