Solo la recepción ya me impactó de forma negativa, oscura y sobrecargada de todo tipo de objetos. Lo peor en el apartamento fue la falta de mantenimiento, todo estaba parcheado para poder seguir en funcionamiento. El aire acondicionado es del edificio y no se puede controlar la temperatura.Las sábanas casi transparentes por desgastadas y las toallas amarillentas.He pagado como si fuera un hotel de 4 Estrellas y no llegaría ni a dos. No he visto nunca una piscina tan sucia, los azulejos sucios y el fondo también verde, lleno de algas. No se como pasa una inspección y encima estando en un lugar que se considera de interés turístico como es “la Isla del Ocio”.

El hotel tiene una decoración muy diferente,muy cargada pero bueno está bien,se nota que ya es tamb antiguo,es como un pequeño pisito

Cuando entras en las habitaciones huele como a humedad, cuando ya abres las ventanas que dan a un patio interior entiendes no para de caer agua, luego el mantenimiento deja mucho que desear, tenía dos baños y resulta que una de las duchas no funcionaba, una persiana no se podía ni subir ni bajar, la puerta del pasillo rozaba en el suelo, algunas lámparas le dabas y no funcionaban hasta que no tocabas un poco el cable, uno de los secadores al utilizarlo de pronto se paró y dejó de funcionar, una cisterna del váter no paraba de echar agua, luego los pisos son blancos de mármol y los rincones no se veía limpio del todo había suciedad.

Que se equivocan con las habitaciones por q la numeracion es distinta a las normales , y no saben si has ido a comer o cenar nos querían meter una bebida que no eran nuestras ,pero vaya todo se solucionó

Pros:

Las vistas desde la habitación , se veia la piscina , los jardines del hotel y el mar al fondo .
La comida del restaurante a la carta , un arroz espectacular .
La piscina es impresionante.

El personal de limpieza y los camareros siempre atentos y nos dieron muy buen servicio

Cons:

Mucha calor en el salón del buffet de los desayunos .

Los ascensores van lentos .

Aunque para nosotros no fue un problema pero acceder a la piscina puede resultar complicado o imposible según la edad que tengas o si eres discapacitado.

Los zumos del desayuno están regular de sabor

Lo que más me gustó ,la cama cómoda y el buffet bastante aceptable.

Cons:

El parquing caro, 20 euros al día me parece pasarse , alrededor no hay sitio para aparcar. La playa queda un poco lejos ,la piscina no estaba limpia los bordes amarillos, un hotel de 4 estrellas, esos detalles deberían tenerlos en cuenta.

Good hotel with a lovely pool
Pros:

Breakfast was good with a lot of choice, especially juices and fruit. The pool area is really nice - lots of space and great pool, plus bar service which is always a plus - bar staff very prompt here and helpful, as I lost something there and they had put it aside for me.
The apartments were really light, airy with great views from the balcony and aircon worked well. Beds super comfortable.
Breakfast area very nice to eat in, would be good to have option to make more use of outside space (in late summer when not so hot)

Cons:

A lot of unnecessary rugs around the hotel, a bit of a trip hazard.
The breakfast layout needs to be thought about a bit more, eg the milk is in a corner and not accessible so people are squeezing past/queueing for it by the coffee machines.
The staff who clear away at breakfast seem to be competing about who can crash plates about the loudest.
The kitchens in the apartments are a bit dated and yellowing, but was good to have them.
No towels available for pool which is unusual, most hotels I stay in have them, even if paying deposit.

La piscina y el bufete estaban muy bien,comida buena y variada

Cons:

Cuando llegamos a la habitación había una gotera que estaba todo el suelo encharcado,fuimos a quejarnos y la única solución que nos propusieron fue cambiar de habitación a una con vistas a un patio trasero muy feo,no lo hicimos y nos dijeron que iría mantenimiento a verlo,pues no solo no fue,que además nadie nos preguntó en ningún momento si estábamos cómodos con la situación. La recepcionista tenía un trato poco amable y todo esto esturbió bastante nuestra estancia,el personal se ve agotado y malumorado

Es espectacular, un lugar tranquilo y de descanso.. La suite preciosa y enorme.. El hotel más bonito en el que e estado

Cons:

No me gustó que aunque es precioso no está muy buen cuidado, la piscina tiene zonas que están prácticamente abandonadas, y en la suite había hormigas, también algunos interruptores no funcionaban, si solucionaran todo eso,no tendría que envidiarle nada a un hotel de lujo

Lugar agradable para ir con niños
Pros:

Zona de piscinas muy agradable y amplia, fue lo mejor de la estancia. Los apartamentos son muy amplios y cuentan con equipamiento completo. La comida del buffet estaba muy rica y era muy variada

Cons:

En la decoración tienen muchísimos espejos por todas partes, paredes, puertas,... Eso a veces da sensación de agobio
