Awful. Never again.
Pros:

Not much. They have zero ac and their answer for ac is giving you a box fan and telling you to leave your door open… after they tell you the homeless issue is rampant over there.

Cons:

Pretty much everything. The blonde manager lady was SO RUDE and the fact that I sweated more in my room than I did outside posed as an issue.

Not what was expected, disappointed!!
Pros:

The location. Beautiful views, accessible beach via a short walk

Cons:

The losing provided a pull out sofa. Upon arrival it was just a sofa, no sofa bed. Not enough bedding to use on the couch. They do not have air conditioning and the losing does not indicate this. They did nothing to remedy nor compensate for missing beds and inconvenience of family members having to sleep on a couch.

Old worn facility, no AC. Ants, no hot water. The staff up graded us on arrival because our military son was with us. S

No air conditioning they gave us 2 fans. Carpet dirty/stained. No hot water in one of our 2 bathrooms. They called a plumber, who “fixed it”. Still no hot water. Ants crawling on us in our sleep- had to change bedrooms to the hotter one of the two.

I can't express enough how absolutely amazing these people were to me. For one, I booked the hotel for the wrong weekend. I have no idea why/how I did that. We were scheduled to go skydiving and I had dinner reservations. All on the right date. But the hotel booking was a week off. This hotel made it right, they fixed my mistake. On an already completely booked day found a room for me somehow and completed my weekend plans. Huge shout out to the owner. She made things amazing for us. The facility was amazing!! The pool was absolutely wonderful. I still had a great view. I will come back for sure. Plus, the owner gives good hugs. Thank you guys for a memorable weekend. I won't ever forget it.
