Return Stay.
Pros:

4th time at Mantra on Russell now. Love the location and usually get "good" rooms.
With extra guest, i was hoping to have separate toilet (which we did have last time) but apartment was still lovely.
Like the 2nd television in the bedroom.
Lifts are generally pretty quick.

Cons:

Looked forward to relaxing spa, but it was not heated one of the days we were there.
As we get older, stepping into shower over bath gets a little more difficult but I guess we will ensure to book accessibilty apartment when really needed.
Lighting in kitchen and dining area could be a little brighter.

Weekend in the city for A show, food and shopping.
Pros:

The room was great. Very spacious and relatively quiet. Morning construction adjacent started early-ish, or more so, their music was noticable.

Cons:

Some more pillow selections would be nice; we found them to be quite firm.

Outstanding well kept and very good for the price
Pros:

Loved the space of the room and the reception was spotless and staff were attentive and friendly very professional,

Cons:

Even though the room was excellent and spacious the bathroom shower was a bath/shower witch was a bummer but overall amazing location and clean and fresh room

A comfy room but don't eat at the cafe.

Location was central to our needs. Kitchen facilities were good. Reception staff were helpful.

Cons:

The breakfast was so bad! Thought we'd eat at the hotel cafe - bad decision. the buffet was tasteless, undercooked and apparently lacked a chef! The waitress was so unpleasant and took our room number and pointed us into the cafe. No explanation about how things worked and everything seemed to be an inconvenience for her. No smile the whole time we were there, to us or any other customer. When we booked the room, it said there were laundry facilities (which was one of the key factors, as we'd been travelling a while). When we asked about access to the laundry, we were told, no, laundry facilities only available in suites.

Lots of positives
Pros:

We book a 2 bedroom room. It was very spacious and very clean. Beds were comfortable. We had a lovely lady at reception in the evening - she was so helpful. She saw I had no hands to work the card swipe in the lift and went with me to do the swipe. Above and beyond.

Cons:

It was really noisy. I found the pillows too high and hard.
