Weekend stay in the city
Pros:

The parking was convenient being part of the hotel and the location was great, close to the city.

Cons:

Espresso coffee, latte etc., should be part of the breakfast deal rather than a separate charge.

The staff were great. Extremely helpful and friendly.

Cons:

The address for the car park took me to the wrong Wilson parking. It cost me money to find out I was in the wrong one. Instructions probably need to be clearer perhaps that it’s the Wilson parking north of little Bourke street.

Pros:

We booked a 1 bedroom apartment and when we arrived we had been upgraded to a 2 bedroom apartment. We requested an early check in and they were able to accommodate us so that our toddler could have a midday nap. Absolutely brilliant.
