Wonderful
Pros:

Felt very welcome during my stay.
Room was lovely, bed was comfortable.

Cons:

Not being able to log into my streaming services on the television.
Although I enjoyed watching NCIS on the crime channel, I would have liked to access Netflix, Prime etcetera. Not a big deal breaker though 🙂

It's a great location and great facilities - all you need.
Pros:

Room, location and staff were great!

Cons:

I don't think all the lifts were working. I only ever saw 2 working - led to a bit of a delay at times. And saw some tiny cockroaches in the bathroom, around the taps. Otherwise, very clean apartment.

Fantastic holiday in the heart of surfers paradise at a really reasonable price
Pros:

The location of the hotel is awesome, close to the light rail station and close to the beachThe breakfast was fantastic, staff really helpful, you can order eggs to your personal taste and the bread, bacon, fruit and condiments were really fresh and tasty, loved the fact that all the cereals were fresh and the milk cold

Cons:

The room was a little dated and our bed was really 2 single beds pushed together

Wasn’t able to stay because of rude judgemental staff

Cons:

The staff. I booked a room for my sons 18th birthday and because a staff member didn’t like the look of him the refused the room to my son who was then standard down the Gold Coast
