Unfortunately this experience was dreadful and I won’t ever consider staying here again

I appreciated that I was able to book online at 1130pm and received confirmation emails and messages straight away giving me peace of mind that I now secured a place to sleep after driving in the rain from Sydney that day

Cons:

I was absolutely shocked upon arriving at around midnight to be told that there is no communication between booking.com and mantra legends so they could not see my booking and they were not able to book me in. Even with the many confirmation emails I had received and tried to show them both gentlemen had come to their final outcome and didn’t look at the evidence and did not provide any more assistance like maybe booking it in themselves while I was standing there it was just sorry can’t do it speak to booking.com

Location, comfort, view, l will be back..
Pros:

Great views, location was perfect easy quick walk to shops, cafes, surf club, tram. Really good. Will be back, Breakfast great too. Parking easy and only $20
Pool and hot tub great, have a poolside bar as well.

Cons:

Really nothing, it is a little dated as are alot now but clean and very comfortable and good price.
