Hemos llegado al Castillo siempre que vacacionamos en Huatulco y nos sigue pareciendo buena opción
Pros:

La atención del personal en general es muy cordial, La organización para los alimentos es buena asi como la calidad de los mismos. Limpieza.

Cons:

No hay señal de Wi‑Fi en las habitaciones, habilitar un área para ejercicios.

Desayuno muy completo, la comida rica pero menos opciones. El club de playa bien pero deberían dejar el horario más amplio que cierren más tarde

La ubicación y su club de playa. La limpieza de las habitaciones está bien, aunque ya hace falta mantenimiento en algunas zonas.

Fin de semana en HUATULCO desde Puebla, aprovechando la nueva ruta aérea
Pros:

El precio es acorde a lo que ofrecen, la verdad no me di a la tarea a buscar mas del hotel y el tema de la alberca que estan arreglando, si lo huiebiera checado mejor o poenr atenció a ese detalle que si lo comentan, a lo mejor si hubiera cambiado de opción porque hay otro por el mismo precio si ese detalle o bajarle mas el precio por ese detalle

Eso de la alberca y de lo de los snacks que te los dan al mismo tiempo de la comida, y pues no como en otros all inclusive

"Solo el club de playa" que tenia transporte

Cons:

Que en temporada alta y casi lleno el hotel , la alberca la estuvieran arreglando y dándole mantenimiento; creo que debería haber horarios y fechas.
Que el buffet lo sirvan en el salón , no en un restaurante.
El personal de meseros donde sirven el buffet descortés y no atienden lo básico .
Me parece mucho el costo para lo que realmente ofrece el hotel ..
