No proper all day restaurant, only Steak house, noodle shop and Starbucks
No hand shower in shower stall which is unacceptable for a GRAND Hyatt hotel. Also an issue for housekeeping team members!!!

Grand Hyatt Seattle- Spacious Room, Great Service & Fantastic Location !
Pros:

A very comfortable and welcoming stay. The room was spacious, exceptionally clean, and comfortable, with a large bathroom and a lovely bathtub with bath salts—a thoughtful touch. The housekeeping and door staff were warm, attentive, and extremely helpful. I especially appreciated the warm welcome upon arrival, when the door staff noticed my heavy luggage and kindly helped me navigate the stairs up until checkin.

The location was another highlight—it was within walking distance of Pike Place Market, with a Starbucks conveniently located right outside the hotel and accessible through the Grand Hyatt. The Seattle Convention Center was also just a five-minute walk away, making the location especially convenient.

Overall, a very pleasant stay with excellent service, comfort, and a great location. I would happily stay here again!

Great location Hyatt
Pros:

Great location easy to light rail. Well taken care of and nice helpful staff. Miss the evening club lounge hot food. Breakfast just OK, with very nice staff.

Great Seattle choice!
Pros:

The hotel was nicer than excepted. It was a great location across from the Seattle Convention Center and close to the light rail. Our king bed room was spacious and the bathroom was huge! Everyone who worked there was nice and there was a Starbucks in the lobby which was great in the morning. The elevators were very slow but that was really the only thing that I didn't care for.

Positive Experience
Pros:

Great location and access to convention center as well as the Waterfront. It's quiet and clean. Staff is helpful and attentive.

Emerald Suite
Pros:

We recently stayed at the grand Hyatt in the emerald suite for two nights. Previous reviews mentioned that the suite layout is a little awkward, but we felt it was just enough separation between the seating area and the bedroom. We were okay with the layout as it provided excellent views of both the city and bay. We always enjoy are stays at the grand Hyatt and will continue to use them on future trips.

Best hotel in Seattle
Pros:

I decided to take a quick solo trip to Seattle. The Grand Hyatt was the best decision! Their staff was helpful and friendly. The room was comfortable and very clean. The sauna and steam room were great.

Great customer service right from the get go at check-in and throughout our stay. Great location!

Cons:

Unfortunately there is no swimming pool.
Although they did have a hot tub but we did not use it.

Seems that a few corners have been cut.
Pros:

Very comfortable bed. Bathroom was clean.

Cons:

We didn't have cleaning service every day and ran out of wash clothes. For this level of hotel, you would expect there to be coffee in the lobby in the morning. We had to buy it from Starbucks every day, and the line/wait time was long. The room next to us had room service and their cart and dirty dishes sat in the hall for 2 days.
