Grand Hyatt Seattle

I was on the 29th floor the view was amazing. The staff was very helpful and friendly . This was a pre cruise stay for us I forgot my cruise boarding pass at home and she was able to print out everything for me. They had shuttle service to the cruise port for $17 per person which was very convenient. The shuttle was really nice as well. There's also a Ruth Chris steak house located inside the property. Property is conveniently located downtown a short walk to Pikes place market.

Great hotel, great location and EXCELLENT and attentive staff.

Location , Size of the Room , Service & Staff

Months in advance, I coordinated with the concierge to decorate our room with flowers, balloons, chocolates, etc. after proposing to my girlfriend. I confirmed with Hyatt staff that everything was ready a week in advance and even the day before and when we got back to our room after I proposed, nothing was done. The concierge told me he just forgot. We were upgraded to a suite as an apology which we appreciated it but I cried when we entered our room and nothing was done. It took us out of the moment and is the only blemish on our otherwise perfect day.

Staff were great and went above and beyond to provide a great experience.

Beautiful hotel with classic features and large rooms. Bathrooms were very large and we were pleasantly surprised by a bath and separate shower. Very spacious bathroom. Staff were excellent and so was the location, everything walkable and great for the waterfront and public transport. Spotlessly clean and maintained like that throughout our stay.

Great location - barring some downtown antics, which is outside anyones control... or is it Ms Mayor ? Family friendly. Pike, Water Front and a variety of restaurants within walking distance.
Although the building is not so new, I prefer the warmth of the decor over the new ones. Upkeep and maintenance is pristine. Has reasonably priced room service. Very friendly staff!

Exceeded all expectations. The staff was professional, & they were extremely accommodating. This ensures brand loyalty!

Jazz the bellman greeted us and brought us up to our room and was fantastic at sharing how everything worked. Later when we discovered our safe had low battery and wouldn’t lock. Jazz was our go to person and he called it in to get it fix. He made our experience better! Thank him for us.

The room was good, clean, and comfortable.

Corner King suite – shampoo, conditioner, body wash, body of ocean, shower and tub, cotton swabs, cotton balls, makeup remover, shower, cap, hairdryer, plenty of towel bars in bathroom, robes and slippers, mini safe, in room, coffee maker, mini fridge, iron and board, in room, recycle, pen, and paper pad. Room is quiet only rare siren from outside. Some corridor noise in the sitting room but bedroom is really quiet.. Reasonably well lit. Plenty of light from the windows in the daytime. Moderate sized Fitness gym 3 peloton bikes 2 recumbent bikes 1 regular stationary bike, 5 treadmills, 2 steppers, 3 ellipticals, weight machine circuit, free weights, yoga mats; no pool. 4 block walk from the light rail station a couple blocks from convention center, ~ 8 blocks from Pike place market and ~ 10 blocks from waterfront

Very well located hotel. Good standard of decor. Rooms good size, especially the bathroom which was massive. Staff efficient, friendly, helpful and professional.
