It was the ABSOLUTELY WORST week....I wish i could get my money back....wasn't worth what was paid f

Customer service...rudeness...nothing clean... was there a week and housekeeping never showed up...room had bugs...stuff in room broken had to fix myself....we had to clean the room ourself....asked for clean towels and got an attitude from old lady at desk

Disappointed and disgusted for the short time we were there.

Cons:

It was not clean in any aspect. The halls, room and outside area were filthy and garbage all around. The room did not have a working smoke detector or thermostat. Just the wires hanging out of the wall which is very dangerous. We immediately left and went to a cleaner, better hotel. The staff was also very rude when we told her we were leaving.

Asked staff multiple times to refresh the room. Needed toilet paper. Trow out the trash. Staff did not do.
