Front desk was helpful and nice.
Very unclean, shoe print in the tub, my luggage smells of old cigarettes , the toilet was broken, guests were fighting

The guy at front desk was nasty and not helpful, at 5pm on September 11,2026. There was a hole where fire alarm should have been. I have pictures of hole. Very noisy when trying to rest. And the foul language could be heard through the door. People sat on bench smoking right at front door. Felt like I was being a problem when asked for syrup for my waffle. Not at front desk when needing help, outside smoking ..
The location
Breakfast at 6 had to leave at 5:30 and wasn't able to get anything because was told there was nothing till 6am
Bed was comfortable, shower was perfect temperature!

It was important to us that it was close to Hershey theme park.
Very simple but sufficient breakfast (waffles, yogurt, bananas, etc.), but for such a price we could not have expected better.
I don't know if it was because we were traveling with children, but we received a gift bag with sweets.
There were some unidentified people drinking beer near the parking lot, I hope they were hotel guests.

They say breakfast was from 6-9am but it was just granola bar and orange juice.
The staff was exceedingly friendly and the room itself was spacious and comfortable
The hotel was in a state of either repair or renovation with the carpet along the entire hallway my floor was on being removed on my second day. Definitely understand work needs done and the workers doing the work were fantastically unobtrusive, more an opportunity for refinement in the future from experience working in the hospitality industry myself, guests staying on Floors that would be affected in that way would appreciate an advisement of the upcoming work either at check-in with the option to switch to a floor unaffected by work if available or even a message from the property either through booking.com in this case or to the email on file or even a note slid under the door just apologizing for any inconvenience that might be caused and appreciating the patients of the guests accommodating their own accommodations to more impactful maintenance work that would not be part of a normal stay
