Perfect place for real family type of comfort.
Pros:

The management and night clerk are amazing costumer satisfaction types of employees. Management went above and beyond to apologize for waking me up this morning calling my room for a legitimate question. Appreciate the dedication to making sure each person staying at this hotel is comfortable and well taken care of.

Cons:

The music that plays in the pool room is not only too loud but also not the greatest.

The indoor pool was great could have used a hot tub next to it, and there should be restrictions on kids after a certain time so that adults can use the pool

Cons:

This place is so dirty. I've stayed at the Residence Inn in Boulder many times and its clean and comfortable and well-maintained. The rooms in the Golden location are gross, both the hot water and pressure in the showers are non-existent. The clientele seems mostly sketchy. Do not recommend.
