Residence Inn Tampa Downtown

We had a wonderful stay! The staff was amazing, friendly, and very helpful. The room was sparkling clean and had a fully equipped kitchen with everything we needed. Fresh towels were provided regularly.
The breakfasts were delicious with a great variety of options. We also loved the swimming pool — it was very clean and well-maintained. Having washer and dryer facilities on-site was extremely convenient for us. Excellent location as well!

DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL!!!! THEY ARE REMODELING THIS PLACE AND THEY HAVE THE WATER SHUT OFF FROM from various time frames during the week and weekend!!

UNACCEPTABLE!!! THEY KNOW THIS IS HAPPENING BUT THEY DO NOT TELL YOU UNTIL AFTER YOU ARRIVE!!! WORST HOTEL AND STAFF EVER!!!!!

This place is a dump!! This place has neglected to let customers know that they are remodeling and never offered any incentives for the inconvenience!! No parking, which is across the street, unacceptable !! Water always bring shut off, after being told it was not going to happen. IF WE CAN GIVE ZERO STARS, we would!! The tv remotes are slow. Our door to our room has a huge gap at the bottom of the door, the shower leaks, this place is a dump!!!! Carpet stained, etc…. There are better affordable hotels to stay at!!

Perfect Location. Right downtown area.

​If you are looking for comfort, convenience, and space in Tampa, look no further. This Residence Inn will be my automatic choice moving forward.

​What I loved:
​The Rooms: The full studio layout is impressively large and spacious. The queen one-bedroom is perfect if you want separate privacy, and the queen pull-out sofa is a great addition for families or extra adults.

​Full Kitchen: A real, functional kitchen setup featuring a stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, and fully stocked cabinets with pots, pans, utensils, cups, and bowls.

​Amenities & Vibe: The hotel is noticeably clean and has a wonderful, fresh scent. The location is ideal for anyone attending nearby events, and their breakfast spread is incredibly tasty .

​A perfect stay from start to finish!

Planning a week-long, offsite training for 25+ people from all over the country is never easy. Working with Tianna LaRosa was honestly one of the best experiences I've had and I've been doing this a long time! Tianna was quick to reply, very helpful and went above and beyond to make our team feel at home in Tampa. It's one thing for a client to adore her but it's something special when you sit in a lobby and hear all of the employees speak nothing but kind words for their boss. THAT should not be taken lightly! The entire staff treated our team with respect and fun! The hotel is perfectly positioned in the heart of downtown and is walkable to tons of great restaurants and bars. We absolutely will be back and will look no further than Tianna and her team at Residence Inn! Huge thanks!!

This hotel experience was amazing. Tiana LaRosa was the absolute best at helping us set up our group visit. She returned phone calls and answered every single question we had. Would highly recommend this hotel if you are staying in the Tampa area.
