Poor facility up keep. Would not recommend to anyone to stay here.

Location was fine

Cons:

The doors didn’t lock going to outside, i called for help with WiFi due to be being there for work associate did not help and wasn’t willing.
What really made me dissatisfied was the sink was leaking. I called first night associate didn’t care. My entire visit couldn’t use the sink. Was very disappointed. Pillows were small squares. Air wouldn’t stay on and keep room at temp.

The worst place we ever stayed.
Pros:

The room was so dirty wouldn’t even think about eating there. Room was dirty , meds from last person still in the room, shower wasn’t cleaned, no towel racks not even a toilet paper holder.

Cons:

Live people for booking and at check in. Good thing there was CC because I couldn’t understand a word he was saying.

It was unacceptable for the clogged sink and to deal with it for entire day as I was told.
Cons:

The sink was clogged and I was told no maintenance staff avail until the next day. I asked what accommodation would I receive and I was told $20 that was unacceptable for me and I left the hotel and never stayed there. The pics on website don’t look like the hotel.

WORST HOTEL I'VE EVER STAYED AT
Pros:

There was something wrong with everything in our room. Everything was broken or not working right. I even had to have the refrigerator in our room replaced the very 1st night because it was warm, and I had medication with us that needed to be refrigerated. The beds were stained, uncomfortable, and disgusting. I also had to call for an extra blanket for the pull out couch that should have already been in our room, also that pull out couch was so stained, and disgusting I had to call down for extra sheets to put over it because it was so gross we didn't want to lay on it. Coffee pot was broken only would produce barely warm light brown water it was so disappointing, and the breakfast downstairs was awful so we had go to out to breakfast somewhere else nearby everyday. Also the TV kept shutting off automatically and It kept waking up our child up when it would go off she needs constant noise to sleep so the TV's should not do that it was very inconvenient, there was NO water pressure I couldn't even barely brush my teeth at the sink, and in shower is was very hard to wash hair with NO water pressure, The tiles in the bathroom were broken and lifting up it felt dangerous, only certain buttons would work on the microwave so it was hard to cook things, the glass stove top was cracked and is a danger, the a/c unit kept shutting off and it was 110 degrees outside and very hard to operate and get back on. On top of all of that the telephone in our phone didn't work and I was was having a hard time getting cell service and I couldn't even call 911 if there was an emergency that was very scary because I have an Autistic child with issues. I reported many things to the front desk and only half were fixed. I told them about the phone and they never came to fix it. we were extremely disappointed with this visit to say the least. BIG waste of money. I will never return and will tell all of my friends the same.

How at the light I had to make a U-turn to get to the suite it’s not in a good location definitely when you are traveling from out of state and don’t know where you’re going it’s dangerous but nothing else was wrong

It was enough to get me through the night.
Pros:

It was cold and I loved how dark the room got

Cons:

The room was very clean, along with the surrounding areas. The staff was always clean and picking up any debris in the area.

Cons:

It was interesting to have a vertical check in. Also it was nice and convenient that there was a live person at all times on the vertical assistance. They was very helpful.
