Had a very nice & peacefull stay
Pros:

Room and building is bit old, need a refurbing.
Pipes and water flow is very slow.
Breakfast was Excellent and value for money.
Breakfast staffs are very kind and friendly. Giving a excellent service.
Bed is very comfortable.

Disappointing

The staff

Cons:

I arrived and wasn’t aware of the £8 parking charge, I asked for the 1st floor as I’m disabled and petrified of lifts I was put on the 3rd floor, I phoned room service for 3 hours no answer I phoned reception they said it was off until 5pm, I called back no answer for another 2 hours and then no answer from reception. I called the gym to see about swimming to be told it was full and no more customers were allowed in.
