Looks are deceiving.
Pros:

It was clean

Cons:

Was cold in the room & couldn't turn heat on. Light above bed had its knob missing thus the remaining metal stem was difficult to operate, the aerator was missing on the laboratory facet, so water splashed out and the bath tub had a missing hand rail which left holes in the tub that allowed water to spill into when showering

Pros:

Convenient location, friendly staff.

Cons:

Rooms were cold even with the heat turned all the way up, and beds only had a sheet and one thin blanket- I slept in my coat. No drain plugs for tub or sink. Building run-down with holes in the walls where hair dryer, tissue dispenser etc. used to be. Breakfast meager- not even any butter for toast. Won't stay here again.

Pleasant staff and accomodated our freezer meals in another fridge as ours didnt have a freezer.

Cons:

Needed more selection on breakfast. Muffins and fruit would have been nice

Good location for a short term stay.
Pros:

Location is very good. Friendly staff.

Cons:

No stoppers in bathroom sink or bathtub. Included breakfast was very minimal in its offerings.

Pros:

L accueil de personne de la nuit était vraiment gentille et serviable je sais son nom
Mais elle était superbe merci à elle
Et aussi l autre de le matin elle m’a appelé à taxi
Navette à l aéroport bien parfait

Cons:

Service et navettes petit déjeuner ça va comme même
Et à grands merci les filles de la réception de la nuit et de la journée se sont serviable à l écoute

The location was convenient, close to the airport and near the main road. That was the only thing I really liked about my stay.

Unfortunately, the room was extremely small and disappointing. The breakfast was also not good, with very limited options and poor quality. Overall, it was a bad experience and I was not satisfied with my stay.

I requested customer service to change my room, but I was told that all rooms were full. I understand that availability can be limited, but the response and assistance provided were not helpful.

Overall, I was very disappointed and would not recommend this place based on my experience.
