Pros:

Location and helpful staff.

Cons:

In room safe was placed in an area where we need a chair to access it. We need to use towel to prevent shower water getting into the washroom.

Very nice location. Walkable to downtown and Harbour area but generally very quiet. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was excellent

Cons:

De badkamer. Zo gauw er water door de afvoer liet lopen of de toilet doorspoelde kwam de riool lucht naar boven echt heel vies.
Ook hadden we een wat verouderde kamer. Houten vloer zag er niet uit en in de matrassen zaten kuilen.

Quiet location, great supportive friendly staff and clean rooms

Cleanliness stands out generally in the hotel but in the room this condition exceeded my expectations, cleaning ladies were supportive and friendly, bed was comfy and firm, hotel location is remarkably quiet and safe, breakfast is varied and well organized with plenty of choices and good coffee, dinnerware and glasses are spotless, the staff is kind, friendly, helpful and well educated, Maria, Alla and Iulia are remarkable, my husband and I only had some wifi connectivity issues but this is not important, so thanks for the wonderful experience.

Decent hotel, but the smell of sulphur was overwhelming
Pros:

Comfy beds and very good breakfast. Good location with free street parking.

Cons:

The room smelled of sulphur and the water coming out of the tap also smelled of sulphur. A cup of coffee in the lobby was almost $10 CAD

We can make do with one night stay.
Pros:

Excellent breakfast and location. There was a concern about the safety of the spiral staircase in the room. It's a real head hazard. It's too easy to bump guest's head especially at night.

Cons:

1. Make some kind of modification to the spiral staircase or mark it clearly for caution.
2. The stairs in the hallway are extremely inconvenient for the guests with disability, nor for the guests with heavy suitcases.
