Kulturált szállás, többségében kedves személyzettel. A reggeli szuper az édesszájúaknak, akik könnyebb sós ételekkel kezdenének, azoknak kevésbé, de annyi jó ételt lehet vásárolni a környéken, hogy nem is volt rá szükség. Amire nekem kellett, hogy a hosszú városnéző napok után egy tiszta rendezett helyen pihenni tudjak, arra teljesen megfelelt.

Cons:

Néhány dolgot érdemes lenne jobban karbantartani.

No water pressure, bad bed, tiny room, would not recommend.
Pros:

Breakfast was good, although that was an add on price.

Cons:

No water pressure on the shower. The bed was clearly old, you would lay down and it would bend too much, not a soft mattress but an overused one. The room was tiny, you could barely walk, the toilet was pressed next to the sink. Would not go back.

Pros:

I liked the staff - they were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was really good and varied. Beds were comfortable.

Cons:

I didn't like that at first, we were given a room facing the road - and the room was exposed to the sun all day, meaning it was very very hot. The AC didn't work so there was nothing we could do. Moreover this room had the bidet blocking the shower door, meaning it was very difficult to get into the shower. To the credit of the staff, once we complained, they immediately changed the room to a much better one.

En general no hubo nada que no nos gustará ya que él alojamiento cubrió todo lo que necesitábamos para nuestro viaje, un lugar cómodo y cercano para pasar la noche.

4 day break with friend
Pros:

We chose B&B Hotel Firenze due to its location and breakfast included which was excellent. Eleonora and Christine were so helpful and friendly, sorting out our airline return check-in form that we were struggling with as well as bus numbers. directions, eating places etc. More storage would have been useful but room was clean and OK. All in all a very good experience that we will repeat once the tramway is completed!
