Pros:

Não possui toalha de rosto, nas fotos também indicam quartos com frigobar e o nosso não possuía, e o quarto, apesar de limpo, possuía vários sinais de desgaste.

The view from our room on the 5th floor was spectacular! The bed was also super comfy and the room was spacious enough for two big suitcases.

Posizione perfetta, tra il centro e il lungo Arno. Mi piace molto l'approccio sostenibile della struttura. Colazione completa e molto buona. Ambiente molto friendly.

Pros:

Os hotéis desta rede são ótimos. Eles oferecem um ótimo serviço por um preço justo. Não tenho o que reclamar, as instalações são muito boas, o hotel é muito limpo e organizado. O atendimento também é ótimo, assim como o café da manhã. Não é a primeira vez que fico em um hotel desta rede, mas sempre foi uma ótima experiência.
