La panne de climatisation en cette journée et nuit de grande chaleur nous obligeant à dormir les fenêtres ouvertes avec les nuisances sonores de l'extérieur.

This was the worst hotel experience of my life. If there were a zero rating, I would give it without hesitation.
The air conditioner was not working, and the hotel had no proper solution. Because of the heat, my chocolates melted in the room. When I asked for a fan, the reception staff told me they don’t have fans because they gave it to other guests. This is unacceptable for a hotel charging these prices.
The reception staff were also rude and unprofessional when speaking to guests. The hotel itself was dirty I even found hair on the towels in the bathroom.
I asked to speak with the owner or get his contact information, but the staff refused. I could not sleep the entire night because of the heat and discomfort. On top of that, opening the window only made things worse because insects kept entering the room.
The location is also far from the city, which made the experience even more inconvenient.
Overall, I do not recommend this hotel to anyone. Very poor service, poor cleanliness, and a terrible customer experience.

كانت هذه أسوأ تجربة فندق مررت بها في حياتي. لو كان هناك تقييم أقل من صفر، لكنت أعطيته لهم دون تردد.

مكيف الهواء لم يكن يعمل، ولم يوفر الفندق أي حل مناسب. بسبب الحرارة، ذابت الشوكولاتة التي كانت معي داخل الغرفة. وعندما طلبت مروحة، أخبرني موظفو الاستقبال أنهم لا يملكون مراوح لأنهم أعطوها لنزلاء آخرين. هذا أمر غير مقبول لفندق يطلب هذه الأسعار.

كما أن موظفي الاستقبال كانوا غير محترفين في التعامل مع النزلاء. الفندق نفسه كان غير نظيف، حتى إنني وجدت شعراً على المناشف في الحمام.

طلبت التحدث مع مالك الفندق أو الحصول على رقم التواصل معه، لكن الموظفين رفضوا ذلك. لم أستطع النوم طوال الليل بسبب الحرارة وعدم الراحة. وفوق ذلك، عندما فتحت النافذة، بدأت الحشرات تدخل إلى الغرفة.

موقع الفندق أيضاً بعيد عن المدينة، مما جعل التجربة أكثر إزععاجاً.

بشكل عام، لا أنصح أي شخص بالإقامة في هذا الفندق. خدمة سيئة جداً، نظافة سيئة، وتجربة إقامة سيئة للغا

The only negative point was the A/C who wasn't installed, but they are actually working on it, and it should be on by June, so other than that, everything is great 🤗

Le serveur du petit déjeuner très désagréable

It was small, the photos are slightly deceiving. Of course this is an old building and this is to be expected, but it was a bit difficult to shower and use the toilet area without bumping your elbows on something. There was a large stain on the carpet, cleaned with bleach or something but it was likely unrepairable. The bench in the photo was not there and wouldn't have fit with the table and chair they had.

La salle de bain et la qualité du sèche-cheveux.

Le personnel a l’accueil pas très chaleureux et accueillant. Je dirai peut mieux faire

Ma chambre trop proche des escaliers et juste au-dessus d’une terrasse de restaurant. Donc du bruit.
Pas de prise près de la tête de lit et j’ai dû débrancher la bouilloire pour trouver une prise où mon adaptateur tenait.

Ci è piaciuto tutto, tranne la moquette in camera.
