No cash payments are accepted. The same credit or debit card used to book must be physically present on check in to be pre-authorized for full reservation costs plus an additional £50.00 per apartment as a guarantee against any damages or additional charges. Check-in with other or multiple methods of payment will not be allowed.
Private parking is possible on site and costs GBP 20 per day. Car parking reservations are mandatory.
In the Two-Bedroom Apartment, alternative bed configuration is available. It cannot be guaranteed.

The welcome said it all... We arrived at 2:30pm knowing that it was a 3pm check in, I asked the reception staff if I could pre check as I was taking the hire car back and leaving my wife here until 3pm. The reception staff said no to the pre check in which was unusual so I left my wife there to check in and took the hire car back. When I returned my wife stated that the reception area at 3pm was ridiculously busy with people checking in. The stubbornness of the Reception staff not allowing pre-check ins created stress, confusion and delays as there were multi other parties that were happy to check in and wait until 3pm. The reception staff didn't want to break her casual conversation with another staff member to do some work. If you stay here then beware of the rudeness of the staff. The room itself was okay.
Spacious room and perfect for self catering
Staff not very polite and helpfull. States old city but is on outscurts of old city. Overpriced for the location and service. Walked passed another apart hotel across the road where the staff was overwhelmed to see you - I went to buy somthing at their shop.

The room was extremely basic, and there was a very long brown hair on the kitchen worktop. I saw it immediately so I’ve no idea how the housekeepers missed it, makes me think it certainly wasn’t cleaned properly. The bed was far too soft, I sat on it and sunk all the way down, not comfortable at all. But the main issue is the room looked nothing like the photos online, it was extremely basic, zero colour and in desperate need of refurbishment. I decided to check out immediately and stayed elsewhere. The only positive is the location.
