Absolutely outstanding
Pros:

We stopped here as a foursome but were part of a group of 29 who also stayed here for a hen weekend ( sshhhh don't tell the hotel as they said no hens !)

The apartment was amazing and totally perfect!
4 in our apartment ( age 28-60). 2 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms .
It was clean with modern decor.
Everything you could possibly need was supplied .
Breakfast basket very ample - cereals,biscuits, yoghurt,milk,conserves, butter,bread etc.
Smooth check in and out .
Close to bars and Castle.
Would totally recommend!

Pros:

De tudo. Do conforto, da localização. É em apart_hotel muito bem equipado. Nos surpreendeu, principalmente por que a recepção é muito simploria. Não tomamos o café no local mas proximo tem muita cafeteria. Super recomendo.

Super bien pero no devuelven la fianza
Pros:

El apartamento cuenta con instalaciones y mobiliario renovado y cómodo. Además la cocina está súper bien equipada, lo único incómodo eran las camas.

Cons:

Mi baja puntuación se debe a que el día que llegamos tuvimos que depositar una fianza de 50 libras, nos dijeron que sería devuelta a nuestra salida, pero no fue cierto. Salimos del hotel el día 7 de julio, estamos a día 23 y aún la fianza no ha sido devuelta.

Appartement spacieux et bien équipé mais vieillissant qui mériterait d’être rénové.
Pros:

À seulement 5 minutes à pied des commerces et 20 minutes de Royal Mile, l’emplacement est idéal.
L’appartement était bien équipé.

Voici une version plus fluide, ferme et factuelle :

Malheureusement, nous avons été très déçus par cet appartement. Il ne correspondait pas aux photos de l’annonce : en réalité, il est beaucoup plus ancien et les équipements sont très usés. Le lit de 140 mériterait d’être plus grand, et la couette n’était pas adaptée à ses dimensions puisqu’elle était trop petite. Le matelas était très inconfortable : on s’y enfonce complètement.

Plusieurs éléments mériteraient d’être réparés ou remplacés : la colonne de douche se détache du mur, le tuyau du pommeau de douche fuit et une plinthe dans la cuisine tombe. L’ensemble donne l’impression d’un logement vieillissant qui aurait besoin d’une rénovation.

La propreté était globalement correcte, mais le sol aurait mérité un coup de serpillière : après quelques minutes à marcher pieds nus, nous avions les pieds noirs.

Enfin, facturer 20 £ par jour pour la place de parking nous a semblé excessif. À ce niveau de prix, nous estimons qu’elle devrait être incluse dans la location. Au vu de l’état du logement et des prestations proposées, nous avons trouvé le rapport qualité-prix décevant.

Large apartment, convenient location, just. off the Royal Mile and 10 minutes walk to the train station.

Cons:

The building is old, the elevator is slow. Our personal preference is for New Town over this location.

Outdated property with a failing elevator and argumentative front desk staff

Cons:

Disappointing stay. This is a very dated property, and the elevator is incredibly slow and old. During our 5-night stay, the elevator broke down twice, which is a major convenience and safety concern. The hotel urgently needs to upgrade this facility. To make matters worse, the front desk staff was unfriendly and assigned us the wrong room. When we pointed out the mistake, they were argumentative and denied the error. Definitely not value for money—this property suffers from very poor maintenance and low-quality service.

It had ability to reserve a parking space.

Cons:

Overall finish of the apartment. Light bulbs not working, carpet looked dirty and worn, little natural light, no view, breakfast was a selection of cereals left in room with milk. The milk had turned sour as the fridge had not been on long enough before we arrived. Definitely over priced.

Surface confortable de l'appartement

Cons:

Il n'y avait pas de climatiseurs contrairement aux chambres du premier étage, que des ventilateurs.
Le mauvais fonctionnement de l'ascenseur. Il n'a pas fonctionné pendant plusieurs minutes une première fois. Une deuxième fois, il a fallu l'intervention de la maintenance pour le débloquer avec quelqu'un à l'intérieur de l'ascenseur. L'affichage des étages ne se faisait pas.
Quand on l'a signalé le blocage de l'ascenseur à la réception, la personne affirmait que tout marchait bien. Il a fallu insister pour avoir l'intervention de la maintenance
