Дуже зручне місцерозташування .Зручне ліжко ,гарний дизайн готелю і номеру,є якісний відпарювач і фен .Привітний подарунок смаколиків і напоїв в барі.

Cons:

Ми забронювали номер на 33 кв.м а нас поселили на 19.Ми переплатили за Делюкс,а дали нам Стандарт!
Скільки я не просила поміняти ,давали такий самий з видом на стіну офісу.
Ми спеціально шукали більший номер і тому обрали цей готель ,а не готель з розкішним видом .
Тут дуже пошкодували .

Great hotel, perfect location!
Pros:

The location was perfect, and the hotel was nice and comfortable. Everything was functional, the room size was great, and the staff were super friendly. I couldn’t ask for more.

Beautiful small luxurious newly renovated hotel
Pros:

Staff with genuine smile, absolute cleanliness, spacious rooms, bed is very comfortable, location is extraordinary. Flexibility with check out time.

Cons:

Possibility to open the window would be great

Pros:

The bellmen were really great and built up a strong rapport with you.
We changed rooms as we had an interconnecting room but could clearly hear the couple next door but the reception staff made this very easy for us.

Cons:

There was a lack of sound proofing between interconnecting rooms which is problematic if you aren't needing an interconnecting room.
We had to ask for more hangers. Much more hangers needed in the wardrobe.

Perfect
Pros:

Rooms were modern, felt quite spacious for NYC. Central location, easy to get around. Staff were very friendly, polite and helpful. The bellhop was fabulous!

Only complaint is the lifts were slow
