I didn’t have the opportunity to stay at this property because booking.com overbooked their available rooms. When i called to verify the reservation the man at the front desk advised that they did have rooms available but my reservation had not popped up yet. When I called a couple hours later a different person answered and said they had my reservation but would need to book two separate queen rooms since we needed two beds. I agreed to that and all was fine. Then a short time later, the same person called back and stated that a double room became available which is what we originally wanted so we were reserved for that room now. Then I received ANOTHER call from the man who I spoke to the very first time and he says “I never told you we had double rooms available, I never said that”. Instead of being apologetic and trying to ease the situation he became very defensive and spoke very sternly which made my blood boil. I don’t know how the accommodations of this hotel are, but I do know I will never attempt to stay there again because of how rude that one staff member was.

Nice, renovatede hotel with excellent location and friendly staff.
Pros:

Excelente location near grand central, bryant park, etc. REnovated rooms have very good furniture and comfortable. Lobby is vry nice. Restaurant is convenient.

Cons:

Room cleanliness was good but could improve a bit. Water pressure is good but low flow shower heads and sink are not ideal for a NY good hotel.

Great location and up to date accommodations.
Pros:

Modern and clean with friendly staff.

Cons:

There were children staying next to us for a part of the stay who kept running and chatting audibly. That was the only issue we had.

Hotel excelente!
Pros:

O quarto é muito confortável e a limpeza é excelente. Ficamos num quarto virado para trás e não se ouvia nada, era muito silencioso. A academia é moderna e tem tudo o que se precisa. A localização é excelente, perto da Grand Central, de onde se vai para tudo, e muito próximo da Quinta Avenida e de boas opções de restaurante no entorno. A cama é confortável, água à vontade e Nespresso no quarto fazem toda a diferença. Chuveiro ótimo.

A comfortable room in a convenient location with very good helpful staff, with a great attitude.
Pros:

We liked having a hotel with a good restaurant, it was convenient to be able to have a snack when we arrived after a long flight. The room decor was blind but perfectly acceptable, clean and with nice touches such as free snacks, bottles of water, a safe that worked well. A couple of minor issues in the bathroom was sorted out very quickly..

Cons:

The only thing I didn't like was the organisation of the bathroom. There wasn't enough shelf space.
