Yo tenia salida el lunes y el domingo en la tarde solicite un late checkout el cual la persona en el front desk supuestamente me dio sin ningun problema, el dia lunes quize confirmar para estar seguro porque iba a dejar maletas en la habitacion y pues el “Manager” muy groseramente me dijo que no que la salida era a las 11:00am me gustara o no y que la empleada no tenia autoridad para darme un late checkout cosa que es absurda porque entonces para que esta en el cargo o es que tenia que hablar con el CEO de los confort inn para poder obtenerlo?? Ademas de la manera tan grosera de decirme que no. Deben mejorar la atencion al cliente o buscar otro trabajo
