Expensive but on par with the rest of the city. Excellent location.
Pros:

The location of the property is excellent. Despite reservations about staying so close to the railway station, the area is excellent. The central station is one of biggest and most impressive station buildings you will ever see, and the nearby market is perfect for drinks and food.

Cons:

The hotel is wildly expensive for what you get. The rooms are tiny, and the decor is extremely odd. Check out the spice-themed carpet. Just weird. You will notice that despite being expensive, it's on par with what you will pay in northern Italy - a region that is vastly more expensive for accommodation than it has any right to be.

Nice location but prepare to be hot
Pros:

Location being a 10 min walk from the main train station was key for an early morning departure. Greeted immediately by attentive friendly hotel personnel.

Cons:

I had not heard of a "city tax" anywhere but Venice in Italy but encountered this everywhere we stayed throughout Europe. You pay for a booking in advance in a site such as this but then when you check in, you are asked to pay another 4 euros pp per night of your stay. It adds up. We had 2 rooms and one, despite looking very clean, had a weird odor. We were switched to a different room thankfully but both rooms did not have what I would call good working air conditioning. We resorted to cold showers and slept without covers. Our stay was in late May with higher than normal temperatures but I write this to warn others traveling in June-August. Given these things, I didn't feel the per night price matched the accommodations.

Чудові сніданки, місцерозташування - 2 хвилини від центрального вокзалу, чисті кімнати, хоча і невеликі. Для зупинки на 1 чи декілька ночей - дуже хороший готель.

Great location
Pros:

Great location next to central train station and metro lines. We loved the coffee shops around. Hotel was very clean and staff was helpful.

Cons:

Rooms were a little bit small but we only used them for sleep and bath so it was not a big issue.

Good value for money considering the high prices of nearby hotels and Milan in general.
Pros:

Very close to Central station for trains, buses and Metro. There is a tram line passing right in front of hotel. Good restaurants, cafes and convenience shops nearby. Did not even bother to have breakfast at hotel so we could get out early so I can’t comment on that. The room was ready 2 hours before and staff were very nice.

Cons:

No tea making facility. Tram was very noisy even though room was soundproofed.

Hotel con un ottimo rapporto qualità-posizione-prezzo!
Pros:

Quello che mi è piaciuto di più è la vicinanza alla metropolitana e alla stazione dei treni, oltre al fatto che la zona è piena di ristoranti.

Cons:

Quello che non mi è piaciuto, ma che non dipende dall’hotel, è che ad ogni angolo — o comunque molto vicino — c’è un gruppo di immigrati tossicodipendenti. Quando esci, si avvicinano per chiedere cose che spesso non si capiscono nemmeno a causa del loro stato. Inoltre, durante la notte mi sono svegliato per una loro lite in strada, durante la quale si lanciavano bottiglie. Ripeto, questo non ha nulla a che vedere con l’hotel.
