On arrival the staff on reception were friendly, helpful , explained everything we needed to know .

We had an early flight, so left before cooked breakfast available, the continental breakfast was adequate.
We ate an evening meal that was poor in quality, and at £17.50 for frozen cod goujons with frozen chips and frozen peas thought it was expensive, the creamy chicken pasta was marginally better. Should I use this hotel again will eat on the way or arrive later.

Felt a bit “production line”
We liked everything. The room was large with everything you needed in it. Air con, tv, kettle etc. Spotlessly clean. The beds were so comfy had a great sleep. The staff were amazing especially Michael on reception who helped us a lot. The free breakfast was beautiful fresh and hot. We would definitely stay again when in that area.
The only thing we could say we didn't like was the lift. It didn't always come when you wanted it. That was only a slight niggle but it did not put us off one bit.

Everything was lovely, except car parking we didnt arive till after 5am, and left about 10am. £11.00 is alot to pay to park there, that is why we dont stay often, otherwise we would stay more.
Great location for the airport and on,u just off the A42 and M1. Staff were very helpful and friendly and breakfast was good
We did have an issue with the room I’d booked, but itwas sorted out quickly and in a friendly manner. The cold water pressure in the bathroom was very poor and one bedside light was faulty, the bulb fell out of it as it wasn’t properly secured
