Clean happy members of staff not far away from the race track
Location is good but signage coming from the airport needs to be better.
Parking is listed as £11 on line. We had to pay £22 and were told, when I specifically asked if this was correct, that it was the same rate regardless of when you leave within the 24 hours. Asked again when leaving the next morning and was told it should have been £11. Will follow up but not impressed with night reception staff.

Convenient location when going to the airport early in the morning
The bed was infested with bed bugs, we immediately went to the desk when we realised and the staff were helpful in getting us a new room, but have had no response from holiday inn following my email, seems they're unaware of how serious a bed bug infestation can be and the lack of response or acknowledgement is frustrating
Hassle free and easy check in. All the staff incredibly friendly and obliging.
