Friendly Staff, Spacious Room and Good Breakfast. Close to offices in Middleton.
Pros:

Staff were friendly and helpful. They patiently helped us with all our queries.
The breakfast was good although we couldn't take full advantage of it as we had to leave early.
The hotel also arranged a Shuttle to Madison for the graduation event and that was really nice.
About the room: It's quite spacious and has a separate nook where they provide a microwave, coffee maker and such.

Cons:

The property is old and jaded. It definitely needs a facelift.
The beds were not great and the I felt the linen could have been a lot better.
The shower system in the bathroom was not great and the water was not draining properly. That could have been an issue with our room.

Comfy and friendly

We loved it we always go here.
Pros:

One of the front desk staff was very nice and considerate for the inconvenience I was experiencing she gifted me with free breakfast and extra water park wristbands and I do appreciate it because I was being my dance team and my children to celebrate them so thank you I don’t remember her name cause I’m bad at that but hopefully she’ll know this is about her. The kids really enjoyed themselves.

Cons:

Weekend security deposit needs to be displayed or inform during purchase because I was caught with that one.

100% except the heat.
Pros:

Everything about being on the pool area with the kids and bunk beds was spectacular except one very important note. NONE of us could sleep due to the excessive heat. Probably because the pool area is kept very hot, we could NOT get the room under 80 degrees all night. One child slept on floor in front of wall unit. It was just awful. As we were in the room for only 9 hours, we did our best.
