Fair - great for the kids but not much for adults
Pros:

My daughter had lots of fun at the water park. It is not large, but great for 1 to 8 yo kids. There is a ship in a small poll for 1 to 3 or 4 little ones, a pool with the main water slide for big kids, and a hot tub for adults.

Cons:

Breakfast. Restaurant was crowded, staff was unable to keep most of the options available during the assigned breakfast hours (to a point there were no eggs, no potatoes, no pancakes, no biscuit, no yogurt, no fruits and no cereal at 9 am. It took them 15 minutes to refill it - and not all items. They ran out of kids cereal all days of our stay). For dinner, the restaurant was decent but service was inconsistent (junior employees only). Room was ok, but outdated. The Water Park got crowded during the weekend (there are birthday parties guests in addition to the hotel guests).

The trip went smoothly
Pros:

The daylily convention was a wonderful experience in your hotel. The staff was so accommodating and the facility was excellent.

I doubt I would stay there again.
Pros:

The breakfast was robust, the staff mediocre, the restaurant offered tasty food, housekeeping was modest, location was suitable.

Cons:

One of the desk clerks was ignorant of hotel capability and unable to help adequately, sat behind the counter with her feet on the counter.

Friendly Staff, Spacious Room and Good Breakfast. Close to offices in Middleton.
Pros:

Staff were friendly and helpful. They patiently helped us with all our queries.
The breakfast was good although we couldn't take full advantage of it as we had to leave early.
The hotel also arranged a Shuttle to Madison for the graduation event and that was really nice.
About the room: It's quite spacious and has a separate nook where they provide a microwave, coffee maker and such.

Cons:

The property is old and jaded. It definitely needs a facelift.
The beds were not great and the I felt the linen could have been a lot better.
The shower system in the bathroom was not great and the water was not draining properly. That could have been an issue with our room.
