The clerk was friendly
I didn't have an hot water. I stayed there for two nights with no hot water. I want reimbursed or nothing.

It was clean
The elevator down from the main lobby to get to the actual elevator was broken. There is an outside entrance you can walk to to get elevator access without using the stairs. Day 1 there were no waffles. Day 2 the only breakfast available was cold items. They only service rooms after day three, which also means they don’t enter to even take trash or replace towels. Which I find odd, we checked in on Friday and left on Monday and they didn’t come once. We had to put the trash outside and call for new towels.
That it was close to shopping attractions
The fact that there was no cable in room. I was switched to 3 different rooms still no cable. My reservation booking and roommate was different and property deposit charged me 50 dollars more than I was suppose to pay. The first room had trash on the floor and no phones in room had to keep walking back and forth to communicate my problems

Tv didnt work, air conditioning didntvwork, weightcroom out of order, floirs dirty, didnt stay left & requested a refund which i have yet to receive after filing complaint wirh you all

No tv/internet, no microwave, no coffee maker, rude employees, no hot food on breakfast, not even eggs or waffles. Staff didn’t care about comfort at all. Reported 3 times about no tv internet…was told apon checkout “it isn’t working” after asking 3 times. I want total refund. I will be disputing this payment

It was clean.
The property is outdated. The Lobby not very appealing. I had to go down and up the stairs with the luggage to get to the elevator because another elevator was out of order.
The room smelled like mildew.
It looked clean though. The rubber baseboard under AC unit was detached. The handle for the curtains was on the AC. The nightstand had the damage that looked like damage from humidity. The area next to the desk had no accessible outlet.
I did the check-in online and I was asked for it again at the front desk. I was told to pay $150 deposit and reminded numerous times that this is if I break anything. They made me sign the form that was very poorly written implying that if the company doesn’t pay them I’m responsible for paying it when I already paid for it online. and when I asked questions about it the lady was giving misleading information.
I checked out at the front desk at 6:30 am2 hours later I got an email asking me when am I going to check out . I was not given the receipt when asked. I was told they have to check the room if I didn’t break anything. I felt like it was assumed I will break or have broken something there .
