Die Räumlichkeiten sind gut konzipiert und schön eingerichtet. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und gut ausgebildet.

Cons:

Im Zimmer keine Frischluft Zufuhr, ohne das Fenster zu öffnen, dann aber zu laut wegen Flug - Autobahn - Verkehr, Agregat- Wärmepumpen am Vordach, keine Moskitonetz am Fenster! Betten: Matratzen zu hart! Tiefgarage: Abfahrt zu steil für Radträger, hab mir beschädigt, für E-bikes keine vernünftige Aculadestation, !

For an airport hotel it was fantastic. I highly recommend.
Pros:

Almost all the staff were super friendly and helpful. The restaurant was really good although a couple of the ‘experts’ were a bit condescending. The breakfast was very good. It had loads of great things that I didn’t have the time to use.

Cons:

Nothing bad came up.

Der Transferservice in die Altstadt von Verona war ein Grund dieses Hotel zu wählen. Mit nur 4 Transfer's pro Tag und max. 8 Personen entsprach dieses jedoch nicht unseren Erwartungen.
