Kids liked the spacious room with kitchenette.
Pros:

Ease of check in

Cons:

Paying for parking in an unsecured lot.
A/C did not cool as well as it should have. We only stayed one night or I would have addressed it with staff.

I won't be back. Bad location, the hotel is clean on the inside but looks a mess on the outside.

Cons:

The area. There are homeless people everywhere which I understand is out of the hotels control. We were locked out of the lobby for 30 minutes upon check in and I called several times and nobody answered. There was an issue with billing between booking.com and the hotel, they were claiming my room hadn't been paid for despite paying in advance on booking.com

Met our goals to be close to downtown (for the ballgames) but not too expensive.
Pros:

Breakfast was pretty good, compared to others we have experienced...would be nice to be open a little later in the morning...maybe 10 or 10:30 (versus 9:30). Room kitchen was also very nice!

Cons:

For a nice room, Needed two (2) things: a) A NEW MATTRESS (current one sagged badly in the middle) and b) Should have one more mirror OUTSIDE of the bathroom.

Pros:

Location was ok for my office

Cons:

Receptionist could not find my payment for the accommodation. Still allowed me to check in as it was very late. Following morning they try to argue it was my problem with booking.com and i had to talk directly. After speaking managed i was able to get it all sort it.
Rooms and hotel is very old and not look after. Breakfast room and standard offered as below any expectation. I am surprise how come Marriott has the name associated to them.

Close to downtown!
Pros:

The hotel was located as close to the middle of town as you can be without being too overpriced. The room was comfortable and the breakfast was very good. Staff was very friendly! The fitness room is small but had what I needed.

Cons:

No pool or hot tub. Surroundings are a little sketchy, though I wouldn't say it's a "bad neighborhood."

Pros:

Espaçoso, cama confortável.
Café da manhã justo.

Cons:

Carpete no chão e em um dos quartos estava muito sujo.
A porta deu problema desde o 1o dia e nao havia quarto extra para trocar. Após 3 dias a porta parou de funcionar e tive que trocar de quarto.

Ridiculous prices in their mini Mart. Lobby. Coffee was never hot. Staff never stayed behind the desk. Number one. Elevator is downright scary. Breakfast is the same as any other breakfast buffet.
