Location and affordable
Pros:

room was precious and huge, with all necessities like an iron, microwave, refrigerator, storeroom, etc but the breakfast menu was the same throughout the week

No leniency, even for 10 minutes, for checkout; it has been charged even when the weather was harsh due to the thunderstorm

Excelente atención. LLegamos temprano y super cansados y la chica que nos atendió hizo tooodo lo posible por acomodarnos....

Cons:

Puff... el área para desayuno es muuuyyy limitada y tuvimos que esperar bastante para conseguir mesa. Deben habilitar espacio extra, cuando tengan muchos clientes.

A pleasant and comfortable stay overall.
Pros:

The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet. The location was convenient for getting around the city. The staff were friendly and welcoming. I didn't have time to try the breakfast, so I can't comment on it.

Cons:

The vending machine on the first floor did not accept my credit card. I also would have appreciated tea bags and smaller coffee packets in the room.

Pros:

It's close to the Path.

Cons:

The building is outdated. They use too much chlorine for cleaning/washing. I'm allergic so it was a bit uncomfortable. Also, there were some stains in the towels.

Pros:

Spaciuos well maintained and clean room with good breakfat , Behaviour and support level of Receiption and dining area staffs much appreciated . Walkable distance to PATH railwaty station. shops and restaurants very nearby with multiple food options. Onsite ATM. Conveneience store and Tean /coffe vending machines at Reception area were very convenient .
