Clean modern and quiet.

Location was central... BUT with paper thin walls you heard EVERY car.
On booking.com it lists the room i selected as having SOUNDPROOFING! This was a lie. (It was the only reason i booked, we had an early flight to catch needed to sleep early). We heard EVERY word of our neighbours until 11pm!
The room was not the room pictured when I booked, nothing like it- another lie..
Room desperate for a deep clean, sack cleaners. Bathrooms have so much old scum in grout, around plugholes and taps. Walls need cleaning, corners vaccumed properly, windows cleaned of bird crap. .
2nd bedroom was a bunk ( also not as advertised) no bigger than a small cell, no window, no powerpoint to charge..
Glass door upstairs to balcony had cracks all through it, couldnt open in fear of it breaking.
A constant creaking and dripping sound was heard ALL night on top of traffic and nwighbours!
This property needs love, care and attention, its very neglected and definetly not worth $165 a night! Id pay $90 tops, like a 2 star motel.

Was a bit noisy but didn’t stop me from sleeping.
Clean, well-located and close to railway station. Very large family room with well-supplied kitchenette.
Shower door has not been fitting for months; damage and swelling of timber trims. It leaks out into kitchen. Window blinds let in too much light for sleeping.

Staff at front desk unsure of public transport nearby & names of local roads.
A packet of biscuits in the room had been opened by previous guests & one left.Not noticed by cleaning staff.Rectified when spoken to about this.Containers of shampoo,conditioner & wash soap not full.Conditioner nearly empty.
Shower curtains too short,water spilled out during shower.
Water damage to bathroom door very obvious.
Rubbish outside room(on their property needs to be picked up & disposed of.Seen on waking.
Central to everything we needed
It was in a pretty good location and parking was included.
The bed linen was vlean and the bed was fairly comfortable.
There was no staff to check in. We had yo do it over the phone. Being from overseas, there was no guarantee that my phone would work, so I'm not sure what I'd have done then. This isn't made clear in the booking info.
I also didn't think it was clean enough. I'm not neurotic about cleaning but black staining around the toilet rim is not incidental to missing a day of cleaning; it's a systematic failure to clean comprehensively.
