Great, central Ballarat accommodation.
Pros:

The "room" was three rooms - bedroom, living/kitchen and bathroom. We loved the accommodation. Our only small comment/criticism would be the bathroom. We are over 80 years old, and found small difficulties in entering and especially getting out of the large raised spa, after our shower. This was our only criticism during our 5 day/night stay. Well done Menzies!

Disappointed with the room and its situation - especially when I had booked EARLY as well

Room was clean, warm & bed was comfortable. A nice room

Cons:

It was difficult for us to get to the room. Parking for the room we had was in the street. We are elderly with mobility issues and have normally been offered a room with easy access, and a walk-in shower. The room we got this time had a reasonably high step to firstly get INTO the bathroom, then another smaller step to get into the shower.
