Clean and comfortable
Pros:

Room was huge, bed was comfortable (with electric blanket) and ensuite was large, very clean and well appointed.

Cons:

The abrupt manner of the person on the desk. I couldn't open the door to reception and instead of getting up to open it for me he just called out 'it's stuck'. The door was only a meter from him at his desk. After I checked in he was fairly dismissive and was in a hurry to get back to whatever it was he was doing on his computer.

There weren't enough car spaces for all units. The place was full and it looked like there were more cars parked there than there were units. I was told to park around the back near the rubbish bins! Someone had also parked across two car paces near the office. I happened to be looking around for a park when a young Asian girl came out of one of the units. This was at about 10pm. I think she had been babysitting as she had kids stuff in her hands. She went to her car which was the one parked across the two parks and didn't apologise for her selfish parking.

Location and facility is great, A male staff member was rude when we called the after hours number!
Pros:

The room had everything we wanted for an overnight stay. It was clean and basic. The location was perfect for a stop overnight

Cons:

Reception left a key in the lockbox for room 22. When we searched the entire complex for room 22 we contacted the after hours number at around 10:20PM. The guy answered and it seemed like it was an inconvenience to answer my call. Because his accent was strong, I struggled to understand what he was saying. He then told me I'm not listening and said its hard to explain without having a map. He just said its out the front. I told him to not worry we will find it. After searching the whole premises again, We found access to our room from the street. Maybe next time staff need to leave a map for these rooms as they were hard to find and not signed at all. Not really what we wanted after a late flight and just wanted to go to bed. The situation could have been handled differently when we called the after hours number.

Room clean and comfortable
Pros:

Location was great. Value for money. Great shower and comfortable bed. Room and linen clean.

Cons:

You could hear some road noise. Booked a ground floor room due to knee issues. Entry was ground floor but a number of stairs to bedroom and bathroom. Didn’t see any staff members. Reception closed at 6 pm on a Friday night, start of school holidays. Didn’t open until 10 am so saw no staff at all.
