Very comfortable, clean and convenient
Room was quite large. Bed was very comfortable. Night outside was quite cold but heating in room was great.

kitchen was very good and unexpected, quiet area, checking in, office was closed as arrived after hours, text was sent to my phone with access procedure - all went well
Location was great, was surprised at the size of the room as it was like an apartment with lounge seating area.
The stench of mould from the toilet downstairs was awful, (I mean like it took your breath away) it was on the surface, clean, though there were fittings falling out of the wall which is unsuprising as it was clear that there was significant long term water damage to the walls behind the paint that was barely holding onto the wall. After showering upstairs it became clear where the water was coming from, the shower water ran all over the bathroom floor and not into the drain, it was like a swimming pool. If it wasn't so late we would have called in help but then it was clear that this had been an ongoing problem that management is aware of with the toilet water damage downstairs.
Also, we had 3 adults sharing, the bunk beds in this room are only suitable for children, not adults, the ladder swings around so it was impossible for me in my 50's to get up into the top bunk, had to pull the doona off and sleep on the couch which was hard as at rock.
I'm sure that other rooms are not as bad as this but this room needs serious maintenance and should not be used.

The shampoo was too stripping and the conditioner didn't really condition, however, I'm still happy they offered it.

The was no heater in the bathroom.
