Everyone and everything was splendid!
Pros:

Location, friendliness & helpfulness of staff, room was crisp & clean, breakfast food and staff were terrific! Hotel shuttle was clean & convient!

Cons:

The only issue was that I thought I communicated that we wanted the hotel shuttle to pick us up. I’m learning how things are done though. It was simply a communication issue more on my end I think!

Pros:

Ik heb dit hotel voor mijn ouders geboekt voor 1 nacht. Zij vonden het een erg goed hotel. Hygiënisch, schoon, nette kamer, goed ontbijt, hotel zag er modern en goed uit. In de omgeving kon je terecht voor allerlei dingen.

My stay was mediocre at best. While the hotel is functional, I found the cleanliness to be lacking throughout the property. The dining experience was quite disappointing; the dinner menu was unappealing, and the breakfast selection was extremely limited, making it difficult to find suitable options.
I was also surprised by the pricing of the airport transfer. Charging premium, 'Swiss-level' prices for a 15-minute shared shuttle in 🇹🇷 felt
unreasonable. Additionally, the climate control in the room was frustrating; the in-room thermostat was ineffective, and I had to call the front desk early in the morning to have the temperature adjusted remotely because was extremely hot in the room

This place is outstanding. I didn't know what to expect, given the low price. I was happy to be surprised concerning all aspects of my short stay. The location, close to the airport, was good with restaurants, and a beautiful mosque, nearby. The staff was quite helpful and welcoming. The room was modern, clean, and quiet.

Zwaar teleurgesteld.

- ontbijt viel tegen, niet veel soorten kaas, geen gebakken ei, alleen croissants en kleine pistoletjes.
- mijn kamer was verouderd, veel kleine mankementen, was gelijk aan de drukke straat, dus geen last van vliegtuigen maar van auto's. De tv had steeds storing, heb 3 keer erover gebeld. De receptie stuurde een bellboy maar die had de ballen verstand er van. Zodoende heb ik geen wk wedstrijd kunnen kijken. Bij mijn laatste belletje vroeg ik de receptie medewerkster of ze mij een andere kamer konden geven met wel een goede tv en minder geluid. Ze zei dat ze ging kijken en laat staan dat ze iets heeft geregeld, ze heeft mij niet eens teruggebeld. Een beetje asociaal dus dat je je bezoeker zo achterlaat met problemen...
