Pros:

Everything about this hotel is amazing the staff are great, food is delicious, cocktails lovely , good value for money and in the center of everything ! I’ve already booked to come back to this hotel again

Oferereix parquing aprop amb rebaixa web, la web no funciona i donen un val per passar per caixa del parking i els del parquing m´informen ke ja fa temsps que no tenen acord alb el Hotel= ESTAFA= 85 euros de parquing 2 dies

Stay here. You won't be disappointed.
Pros:

The location of the hotel and it's vibe. It has a good sized reception area and the staff are welcoming. The rooms are a decent size and we'll equipped. The bathroom was modern and well laid out. The bar and restaurant area are well laid out, too and the breakfast buffet was amazing.

Cons:

Nothing we didn't like.

Not very wheelchair accessible
Pros:

Good location; nice rollin shower

Cons:

Room was small; Accessible room not very accessible. Door very heavy and difficult to open from chair. Angle to get into room was awkward. There was a table and chair in the hallway in the room originally, had to move to get into the room. If housekeeping staff were in the hallway, would need them to move their carts to get by.

Terrible.
Pros:

It’s accessibility to city centre

Cons:

The checkin time is 4pm and checkout is at 11am, while mosts hotels let you checkin at 3 and let you stay till 12 pm next day. Also, they don’t have bottled water in the rooms and we had to run down when we needed water. The restaurant closes at 9pm, so good luck. Also, the air conditioner in room was faulty, a tech guy came to fix it but still it didn’t work.

No-frills, good experience
Pros:

Clean, modern, comfortable.
It was a little bit on the "no-frills" side: not much extra, but clean and practical (I had a single room with only a small bed for one person).
Staff was great and super helpful.
Good location: it was a few-blocks walk from the river and the south side, but a lot of tours have a departure point really close, and the airport bus also has a stop really close.

Cons:

The shower only had an "overhead shower head", no handheld option. Not practical at all and impossible not to wet your hair without a shower cap. (There were no shower caps in the room, but the reception had them handy to give to anyone who asked.)
