Happy staff, clean rooms, modern hotel: overall very happy with my stay.
Pros:

Nice and new and everything you needed in one building, nice atmosphere.

Cons:

It was all perfect however if i had to be picky the mattress was quite old and stiff. Wasn’t the most comfy and i did not get on with the pillows at all, so maybe more of a selection.

Pros:

Clean, modern, comfortable property. All the staff were friendly and welcoming. Nice bar area for evening drinks

Available food and room service could be better advertised, we didn’t realise this was available so ordered in.

Pros:

Reception staff were welcoming and friendly.

Cons:

Outrageous that you had to pay for parking at a facility that majority access by car. Bed was too firm and guests making noise through the night along corridor. Gym facility was poor. No natural light equipment out of service.

Great customer service, serene environment
Pros:

The staff are amazing, to be specific Ali who wiorked night was amazing and one of the male colleagues at the reception in the morning. The quality of customer service was exceptional. You guys are amazing. I hope their pay reflects their service.

The environment, cleanliness, facilities is calm and sleak 👌👌. I couldn’t say any more.
Keep up the good work

Cons:

I think you were overbooked. We had requested foot our 2 rooms to be close together and you tried. We were unfortunately given a key to a room that was already occupied. We opened the room and there were 3 occupants sleeping. My children felt uncomfortable for inconvenience. We were then given another room on a different floor which made it difficult for us since we were preparing for a wedding.

Expensive but good location, professional and customer focused staff
Pros:

Excellent location for the event I was attending.
The aircon was not working in my room, mentioned it to reception staff was changed immediately to another room.

Cons:

Very expensive for what is basically a room for the night, also the bar drinks were expensive.
