Lovely hotel in the heart of beauty

Beautiful hotel that redefined my understanding of good hospitality.

Everything.
The staff re-defined my understanding of “good hospitality’. Even though the hotel is large, you leave it feeling like you stayed in a small boutique hotel. The staff are brilliant.

I was there for an engagement proposal, and I felt like all the staff were rooting for my success, from reservations and check in right through to the waitress and waiter in the restaurant.

If you’re looking for a proposal venue, this is your only place. But equally, if you want the beauty of Killarney, but the calm and scenic side of it, this is the place to go!

Cons:

That I couldn’t stay longer, they were fully booked! I now understand why it’s my parents’ favourite hotel.

The property had the most beautiful views of the mountains, a gorgeous patio outside the pool to enjoy views of the lake

Personeel!
Ontvangst viel tegen en bagage zelf naar de kamer moeten meenemen. Ook de drank moest je zelf halen om buiten of beneden te drinken.
De ‘classic’ kamers zijn verouderd en liggen aan de achterzijde. Prijs hiervoor was te hoog!

Pros:

Het uitzicht is ongelooflijk mooi en dé grote troef voor dit hotel.
Ligt uit het dorpscentrum en daardoor veel rustiger dan de hotels aan de grote baan in het dorp.
Kamers zijn groot en mooi. Lekker ontbijt.
Ideale locatie voor de ring of Kerry, Gap of Dunloe.
