staff were good
you had to pay for parking and for use of the spa additional to the hotel booking
the rooms were Noisy i struggled to sleep as could hear people in corridors and through interconnecting room doors.

The sauna wasn't working,.
Hotel was in a great location for us, large bedroom and comfy bed. The restaurant and bar were great and all staff were friendly. The pool and spa was a nice treat but I wish it was clearer that we had to pay extra for it.

Lovely comfortable hotel
Staff were so helpful and friendly. Makes all the difference! That includes the cleaning staff as well as the excellent reception desk girls an the desk.
Perhaps more varied food / snack options for those who didn't want anything substantial? But that's not wildly significant. Basically it was just an easy enjoyable experience all round.
Very well run establishment. Rooms great, staff in all areas excellent, general greatness all round
