The kettle in my room was covered in grey mold , requested a new one and came quickly.. had no coffee or sugar in the room but spoke to staff and they gave us some
Just a lovely hotel not to far from the shops and the m5 definitely stay there again
Nothing everything was top notch
We stay at this hotel frequently. Very nice Spa and swimming pool and breakfast now far better with being a Buffet rather than table service which was too slow when you have to get on with the day.
Our room was 25 Deg C when we arrived and the Air Con wasn't functioning. I called into Reception on the way out to a business meeting in the evening and was v disappointed to find the AC had not been fixed when we returned. By morning the temperature was 26 Deg C. Why don't the Room Attendants check the AC to ensure guests are comfortable?
Ps Their Website (as I've mentioned several times on previous visits) is terrible to navigate compared with the efficiency of Booking.Com.

Having to pay extra for spa facilities i think that the pool sauna and steam should at least in with the price.
