Lovely old hotel, good location, but not friendly or welcoming. Expensive and unfullfilling.

Not a friendly hotel. Not guest focussed. Quite aloof. Felt like we were not welcome. We will not return to this hotel. Very off putting. Room was pretty but the sheets did not fit the bed and ended up sleeping on the mattress protector. Note, no aircon. Heating only an electric plug in heater. Not the best sleep. Breakfast adequate.

Cons:

Lack of interaction with us during the stay. No friendly banter, no guidance or help (including finding our room) - Very impersonal. Dont seem to be guest focussed, rather just checking the boxes. No care and attention.

Sehr aufmerksames und zuvorkommendes Personal. Die Junior Suite besticht durch Eleganz und Liebe zum Detail, ergänzt durch hochwertige Ausstattung. Die Aussicht ist schlicht wunderschön, und das Bett könnte nicht bequemer sein. Das Gebäude selbst ist architektonisch beeindruckend. Wer ein Ambiente mit Stil und Charakter schätzt, findet hier den idealen Ort. Einzig der Hinweis: Der historische Charme bringt eine gewisse Hellhörigkeit mit sich.
