Lovely hotel with great staff
Pros:

Staff were welcoming and attentive. Always a pleasure interacting with them.
The room was great, with an amazing view of the city and river. Appliances were all top notch.

Cons:

Mattress was really firm and the location did feel a little remote. Perfect for Dean Village, and fairly close to Stockbridge, in all fairness.
