Great stay with luxurious bathroom facilities, good food until 9pm and a welcoming atmosphere.
Pros:

Traditional hotel with very good facilities, pleasant staff and quiet location within walking our distance of central Edinburgh

Cons:

I thought I’d booked for myself and teenage granddaughter a room with two beds, but we had a huge room with a huge double bed. That was fine for us but it might have been difficult for others

Pros:

Sehr schönes Hotel im gediegenen Stil. Außergewöhnlich freundliches Personal.
Frühstück war sehr europäisch. Vielen Dank

Cons:

Leider hat das B35 Restaurant nur an 3 Tagen geöffnet. Donnerstag bis Samstag. Bitte beachten.

Pros:

Location is on the edge of the city centre,reasonable amount around it, walking distance to centre. You need to pay for parking which given room rate feels wrong.

Cons:

pay to park; very costly for what it is. we travelled from 2 nights in Glasgow at much better hotel and 2 nights were less than 1 in Edinburgh, feels like lost touch with reality and what it is as a venue.
