For a nights sleep only it’s perfect clean comfortable.

It’s ok if you come for a day or two.

Staff were helpful. Breakfast was good.

Cons:

The hotel name is 'variable'. In one place it is one name (can't recall) and in others it is Sheffield Metropolitan. I asked directions from local people (as I walked there from the station) and, even when I was no more than 20 metres from the entrance, they didn't know it by the 'Metropolitan' name. This left me walking around for more than 45 minutes before someone said it 'used to be called that'!

Felt at home. Nice staffs....

Spacious and relaxing

Cons:

The contact person needs little education about his work environment. Also there were no obvious sign post about the hotel. Best Western and Royal Victoria Crown Hotel all confusing especially at night.
