Spacious room
Lift broken, the staff during check in was kind to help with luggages. Requested the day before checkout for help carrying the luggages as well because we have someone on a wheelchair too that need assistance. Staff said he was tired… so emded up doing it ourself. Cleanliness is questionable…
The hotel was in a quiet location but still very close to the city centre. The room was spacious and the beds were comfortable.
The hotel was difficult to find because there was a sign saying "Best Western" when it was not. The room was very hot without an aircon and the fan supplied in the room was broken. The lobby felt cheap and unwelcoming.
Central location, next to Victoria Quays which is pretty to walk along.
Parking for disabled people very limited (3 spaces for entire hotel) paintwork shabby in central areas, only one lift worked, bar area on a Friday night dead, breakfast finished unusually early for a Saturday, cooling fan in room next to useless for cooling room on a hot day. No plugs next to bed. Wouldn't recommend and wouldn't stay here again unfortunately.
The rooms were spacious and comfortable
Staff tried their best, but the bar was being run by one person as was the reception and during busy periods it was impossible for them to manage everything. Also, the hotel was really hard to find.
It has changed the name to what is advertised on here Plus there’s extremely limited parking and the only way you can pay for it is physically at the reception desk so if you happen to be away from the hotel when you park and runs out, you risk a fine. A bit faffy
The room was unclean, with mold in the bathroom and bed sheets were stained . The room had no Airton and was an awful stay at the price paid.
Excellent location, lovely and clean … great rooms and beyond helpful staff … overall enjoyable stay … we will be back 😊

The lifts were broken and I was on the 7th floor (asthmatic so this set me off). The tv in my room was broken on arrival so had no tv. The staff was really slow service for me even when I signed in he forget to give me a key I had to remind him I needed one. The fire alarms woke me up at 6am going off for ages. Overall traumatic. Applied for refund and no response
Room was clean.
Rooms were far too hot. Air conditioning needed. Breakfast was average. No butter one day, bacon and scrambled egg poor.

I could not turn off the TV all night.
Property was in a convenient location
The property seemed a bit tired and in need of TLC, lifts not working, carpets on stairwell threadbare, reception a bit in need of attention. Room was better but really warm even with a fan (no air con)
In the end I only stayed one night
Beim Auschecken, war eine sehr höfliche und nette Dame an der Rezeption. Ich habe ihr geschildert, was alles falsch lief am Abend zuvor und sie war sehr freundlich und man spürte auch das es ihr leid getan hat.
Es war nur eine Nacht.
Puh wo soll ich da anfangen!? Bei der Ankunft gleich bemerkt, es gibt kaum Parkplätze und kosten auch was. Parkplatze sind draußen. Dann waren die Fahrstühle defekt! Das ganze Gebäude ist extrem veraltet. Ich wollte gerne im Restorant Abendessen, die Tür war abgeschlossen ob es noch offen hat. bei nachfrage unten, hat mir der Restorant Manager gesagt, er brauche noch 10 - 15 min und schließt dann auf. Nach 20 Minuten war keiner da. Als ich nach unten ging um nachzufragen, stand der Hotelmitarbeiter draußen und unterhielt sich mit freunden und der Restorant Manager war an der Rezeption und hat mich ignoriert. Mülleimer im Zimmer waren nicht Leer. Toilettendeckel inkl. der Sitzfläche waren oben, ich hoffte einfach das saubergemacht wurde. Alles in allem das traurigste was ich seit langem gesehen habe für sehr viel Geld!
I liked the location. The checkout time. The absolute bargain of £52 on a Saturday night (even more so during an England match)
My room was too hot. It was on the 9th floor and no air con. It was climate induced, nothing they could really do about it.
