The staff provided exceptional service, from our arrival to our departure. We had an unfortunate experience with a previous booking at another establishment, which led us to reserve this accommodation at the last minute. The cost for three nights was quite reasonable. Additionally, we were upgraded to a top-floor room due to some technical issues. This hotel truly rescued our evening, and we were thoroughly pleased with the facilities and our room, especially considering the price we paid.
The staff are truly wonderful.

The Lad who was on the bar (Josh) was amazing and gave great service and made the stay 10x better. Honestly a lovely hotel with lovely staff!

Staff was lovely, very friendly and professional. Lady serving breakfast was so nice and polite, after our first day she already knew our orders. Receptionists were lovely too, very kind and smiling all the time despite of busy shift in heatwave. Breakfast was greatb best hotel fry up I had so far, fresh, well seasoned, great eggs, very tasty sausages and hash browns and massive portions, however cold breakfast buffet very basic at max.
Cleanliness in the rooms so and so, I haven't expected crazy standard from budget hotel but it really could be cleaner considering bathroom, you can tell is rather wiped between the clients then actually cleaned. What really put me off was that on the day we were leaving, during packing and checking room if we didn't leave anything behind my son found a dirty t-shirt and sock in the beds we slept on, tugged under the covers which we didn't really used because of the heat. Definitely not our dirty laundry, what certainly means this bedding wasn't changed after previous visitors and we slept in 'someone's dirty, unwashed bedding. Would definitely expect more even from budget hotel.
Exceded all expectations
We were visiting Sheffield for a swim comp and this hotel was in an ideal location for Ponds Forge.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was quite warm but there was an oscillating fan which helped. It was nice to have parking on site and a lift! Good location as well
