Location was handy

Cons:

Real lack of effort, you don't expect 5 star service in a place like this but no milk for the cereals at breakfast on 2 consecutive days. No one to ask for poached eggs that are apparently on offer, as are veggie sausages. Hot breakfast options were unpleasant, congealed fat, virtually inedible. Only one toaster that is constantly in use. No top ups of coffee and milk in your room when you leave a sign on the door. I would stay pretty much anywhere else in the area next time.

Pros:

Very good location close to the Hardwick and easy routes into town and further afield, no traffic/road noise heard from our room. Breakfast was good and enjoyable.

Cons:

Room could of done with AirCon but room was cool enough with the fan and window open, breakfast menu needs to add hash browns.

Nice Norfolk, but not the best.
Pros:

The location was ideal for visits in and around the Kings Lynn area. Plenty of free parking. Staff were excellent, friendly and went the extra mile to help us. Brilliant TV in rooms. Very sharp, clear picture. Awesome shower, the best I've experienced.

Cons:

Rooms were very basic with no drawers or other decent storage areas for clothes. Had to live out of a suitcase for 4 days. Mirror was badly placed for makeup. Mattress not the best. Ours felt like it had seen better days. A mini fridge would be a great addition. Meals on offer very basic, breakfast ok but also basic. No mushrooms, hash browns or tomato. Ok for a short stay only.

Mixed experience
Pros:

Friendly staff and good location

Cons:

Had to move room after 2 nights. Dragonfly head office wouldn't call out a plumber and electrician even though a water leak had affected electrics in at least 10 rooms on a Sunday.
