Cons:

There were no towels and nobody at reception to help, so I had to dry myself and my hair with clothes from the day before. The wifi also did not work well - not great for a work trip. The parking is also a massive hassle - having to park at another hotel down the street and navigate their floors to find a pay station.

Adequate for the purpose of the visit.
Pros:

I am a regular so I knew what I was getting. I was just surprised that on check in I was told that the rate was Bed ONly, when the normal selection is Bed and Breakfast. That might have been an error on my side, but my colleguse who checked in a day later had the same coment.

Cons:

The plugs (socket outlets) in the room do not work properly, Very frustrating when a hairdryer does not work unless I had to stand and hold the plug into the outlet so my wife could dry her hair. It also made it impossible to charge electronic items unless balanced precariously>

The one bed side lamp was not plugged in and the plug was inaccessible.
