Preis war ok.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war ziemlich abgewohnt. Das Bad war sauber, aber es wurden seit Jahren keine größere Instandhaltungen durchgeführt.

Rooms are nice, but service is lacking. You can find better value elsewhere.
Pros:

The room was great. We booked a suite and it was very spacious. Comfortable beds, plenty of power outlets, good shower pressure.

Cons:

This hotel feels like a glorified motel. The service, while pleasant, wasn't particularly helpful. The restaurant staff was like pulling teeth for anything. If you want a menu, you have to ask a few times. If you want tea or coffee with your breakfast, you have to chase someone down.

There is not housekeeping until the third day of your stay. We called down for clean towels several times and they never came. Finally had to go to the front desk to collect them ourselves. Broken hair dryer took several calls to get replaced as well. Checkout is at 11 - asked for an extra 30-60 minutes - and was refused. For the price, you'd expect a lot more from this hotel.

Loved our stay, Staff were amazing, will be back in the future but will probably look for a ground floor suite next time
Pros:

Room was great, very spacious and comfortable. Had everything we needed and aircon was very good. Loved the shower. Staff were amazing and helped us in any way they could. Really made us feel at home

Cons:

Could have done with a lift to carry bags up to the rooms upstairs. Or at least state that upstairs rooms are not really disabled person friendly or even for people with very small children as was the case for myself having to carry the child and buggy up the stairs to the room. Also hot tap in the kitchenette sink was boiling hot which is not terrible but should probably have a sign up to warn people so they don’t get scalded, especially kids.

BUONA SOLUZIONE
Pros:

Stanza per 4 persone con 2 letti matrimoniali non molto spaziosa. Il bagno abbastanza spazioso. Parcheggio gratuito ed ampio. Avevamo la colazione compresa, a buffet con la parte salata ovviamente prevalente. Mio figlio è celiaco e purtroppo c'era solo cereali e pane. Del buffet salato non ha potuto mangiare le salsicce e il black e white pudding. Non si capisce perchè per i celiaci non ci debba essere anche qualche dolce come per gli altri. Abbiamo cenato una sera nel ristorante dell'albergo e avevano qualche opzione anche senza glutine.

Cons:

Una cosa davvero inaccettabile sono i bed runner e i cuscini arredo sopra il letto. L'utilizzo di queste cose è assoutamente anti igenico.
