Cons:

On arrival we were greated with not a nice welcome,the receptionist (Caroline)was very rude looked liked she didn't want to be there ,usually when you check in you are greated with a smile it goes a long way & told breakfast & meal times where to go & have a nice stay Etc but I had to ask .I was only told to go to the left your on the 2nd floor, first impressions make a huge difference & continues on to reflect the rest of the hotel departments ,as a person who works in this industry for the past 36 years i could only see that your receptionist & bar staff need extra training on manners & hospitality ....

Good overall, few bits
Pros:

Great location, Hotel was beautiful, Staff very friendly & so helpful.

Cons:

Possibly the worst bed I’ve ever slept in anywhere ever… Extremely uncomfortbale.

All in one in dit hotelcomplex
Pros:

uitstekende suite, grootte van de kamer, de bar

Cons:

openingsuren van het restaurant. Onderhoud dringt zich op in de suites. Het complex is te groot.

Excellent hotel.
Pros:

Check in was excellent. Sarah at reception was excellent.
Room was fantastic. Very roomy. Bar staff and food were very good.

Pros:

The staff were very friendly and attentive throughout our stay. We originally stayed in a suite with a connecting door to the adjacent room, and unfortunately we could hear almost everything from next door because of the poor sound insulation. There was loud music, followed by a phone argument that we could hear very clearly, so we asked if it would be possible to change rooms. The staff handled the situation immediately and moved us to another suite. The second room was quiet, and we had no issues for the rest of our stay. Overall, we appreciated how quickly and professionally the staff resolved the problem.

Lovely hotel, So close to the pool being in the suites. A bit of renovations going on but was ok
Pros:

Receptionist on arrival was so lovely. Spoke about the weather, other guests and her own child. Really friendly to my boys aswell and gave them a welcome pack!

Cons:

Service at the bar. And the receptionist this morning 27th was not as friendly when she had to re activate my card.
