Buena ubicación, pero con varios detalles importantes a mejorar en las instalaciones.

La ubicación es lo que más destacamos del alojamiento, quedando cerca de los puntos de contacto más icónicos. Asimismo, el personal fue amable.

Cons:

Tuvimos varios inconvenientes con las comodidades básicas que afectaron nuestra estadía.
En primer lugar, el baño presenta problemas operativos y de diseño: la ducha no tiene cortina ni mampara, por lo que cada vez que uno se baña se inundan el piso y el baño; además, el inodoro funcionaba de manera intermitente y la luz del tocador no encendía.
Por otro lado, el descanso no fue el esperado: los colchones están vencidos y las almohadas resultaron bastante incómodas. Finalmente, el desayuno es muy básico y podría mejorarse considerablemente en calidad y variedad.
Es una pena porque el lugar tiene potencial, pero necesita mantenimiento urgente para ofrecer una experiencia más confortable.

Excellent emplacement. Calme.
Ouvert 24/24, avec une Vraie personne à la réception, et non un code, une boîte à clé ! Exceptionnel par les temps actuels.
Et petit hôtel atypique, fort agréable.
Je retournerai sans hésiter.

Cons:

Le petit déjeuner, mais cela se comprend par rapport au prix très modéré de la nuit d’hôtel.
Mais vous sortez de l’hôtel et il y a largement de quoi déjeuner dans la rue.

Pros:

Hermoso alojamiento. Muy buenas vistas y un excelente desayuno. Habitacion silenciosa. Personal excelente siempre dispuesto a responder nuestras inquietudes. Volveremos como siempre al Cecil.

la chambre trop petite pour deux impossible d'ouvrir la porte de la salle de bain entièrement car elle coince avec le lavabo en sachant que les toilettes sont derrière la cabine de douche est tellement petite que nous n'avons pu fermer le rideau nous avons séjourné plusieurs fois à l'hotel cécil nous ni retournerons jamais plus

Would not stay here again because of bed bugs
Pros:

location is excellent - close to everything including train to the airport.

Cons:

there were bed bugs which I only realized after 3rd night of stay when bites started to appear. I stayed in room 204 - avvoid that room. Would not stay here again

Prima hotel qua locatie in het centrum
Pros:

Het metrostation is zo'n 5 minuten lopen en van daar kun je al twee van de drie metro lijnen pakken - één halte pakken en je kunt al overstappen op de derde lijn.
De healthy juice bar die naast de ingang van het hotel zit is ook zeker aan te raden!
Je kamersleutel is nog een ouderwetse sleutel die je elke keer als je vertrekt bij de receptie moet inleveren, maar dat vond ik eigenlijk best fijn. Ondanks dat ik het niet gebruikt heb en er dus ook niet over kan oordelen, was het wel fijn dat ontbijt inbegrepen was! De kamer was verder prima als je de kamer alleen maar ziet als slaapplek, omdat je de rest van de dag op pad bent.

Cons:

Voor mijn persoonlijke smaak waren de kussen veel en veelste zacht. Als ik nog eens naar dit hotel zou gaan, dan zou ik mijn eigen kussen meenemen.

The street is very lively. The lift is cute. The hotel has character.

Cons:

My phone's charger disappeared from my room after it was cleaned in the morning. I didn't bother with telling the staff because some of them were already very combative. You can't sit on the toilet without putting one foot on the ground and the other under the douche. I will be returning to Athens but not to this hotel and I'm literally one of the least demanding people on earth.
