Pros:

The hospitality was top tier, checkin team was so kind and reassuring. The resturant was a pleasant environment, the staff in there was also very helpful you never feel out of place. They are always smiling and super friendly. The reception is easy to reach from the rooms and ready to listen and help resolve any issues. I spent 4days at the hotel and everyone in the team was on their A game. Literally the best service. A beautiful safe and clean environment. I enjoyed my stay. Thank you.

The hotel's attention to detail and to who the guest is, is extremely poor. They got the main guest's name wrong several times, with a fair amount of arrogance. The main guest's details were given to them from the very start.

(Plumbing and fixtures issues)
1. Shower drain was blocked on arrival and cracked shower retaining wall was leaking the pooling water onto the bathroom floor. After multiple requests over 2 days the maintenance team was tasked to tend to the plumbing and do repairs but failed to do so. Luckily the frontdesk staff acknowledges the issue and moved us to a different & better room which was great.
2. Fixtures in the abovementioned bathroom like the towel rack was ripped out of the wall so they could not be used.

This room was not in an operational condition to host guests but the team's service in addressing the problem made up for this.

Uitstekend hotel in een goede buurt van Kaapstad
Pros:

Zeer vriendelijk personeel, goede ontvangst. Jean Paul was zeer attent! Locatie is perfect, ligt vrijwel aan de boulevard.
