The best staff!

Without a doubt, the best thing about Premier Hotel is its incredible staff. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warm smiles, genuine kindness, and outstanding professionalism. Every member of the team we encountered was exceptional, but a special mention must go to Jean Paul, who went above and beyond to make our weekend away truly memorable. His exceptional service and attention to detail made all the difference, and we are so grateful for the wonderful experience.

Wonderful, will definitelly come back again.
Pros:

Breakfast was splendid, so much variety to choose from. I love everything from check on to departure. Will definitely come again. Wonderful location, central to everything. Staff very friendly and went out of their way to assist with everyting. Rooms neat had everything in there, slept vey well.

Wouldn’t book again.

The location was good and the staff very friendly.

Cons:

Bed wasn’t great for a hotel of this calibre and the rooms weren’t soundproof so I could hear all the people coming and going with their conversations throughout the night!

Lovely and wonderful place to stay
Pros:

It was phenomenal. For arrival Yanga the Doorman,porter was there with smile ready to assist with the bags. Zola, Zethu, Lewtho and Mr. Danzel was so friendly and really made us feel welcome. The food and beverage team surprised me with a song for my birthday. This was really special. Whether you are South African like us or international. You can not go wrong with the Premier Seapoint. True South African hospitality. Thank you for making our stay memorable.
