Excellent stay for a very reasonable rate!
Pros:

Stayed one night with family after visiting legoland. The hotel exceeded our expectations given the reasonable family room rate. We had dinner in the restaurant and the food was very good. Our waitress, Ellen, was fantastic! We would definitely stay again.

Cons:

We stayed in the family room which was very spacious but just one thing that could be better is the mattresses on the sofa bed. They were a bit thin.

The security was a bit to uptight if you know what I mean 😳 😬 but other than that I will defo be back to stay here again 🍻🍾

Comfortable hotel, good value for money. Stunning fish on each floor!
Pros:

Loved the fish tanks!

Cons:

The pool was closed to the guests in the morning. The bar food service in the afternoon was slow and not especially well tailored to kids.

Check in excellent and staff was great.

Cons:

Booked a later check out and paid extra for this service which was fine.
But before my time to leave I dropped my suitcase to the car then I couldn't access my room via swipe key.
I had to ask the cleaner to let me back in room.
Very odd.

Pros:

Nice pool,sauna etc very friendly staff

Cons:

Wasnt really impressed with looking at the car park while seated on patio. Think more could be done to cover this. Although the cooked breakfast was tasty( says my husband) things like bread,cereal and crossaints were not replaced quick enough and i had to ask for more bread and i just left the ceral. One other thing was at check out we were told there was a holding fee. Now if we have paid up front i dont expext money to be taken and then told we have to wait to be refunded. Finallty we ordered a beer and a coffee the beer was produced quickly but i had to wait at least 10 minutes to get my coffee and that was after going back up to counter twice and waiting while others were being served their drinks. These are minor things but judt detract from an overall very good score.
