PERFECT stay with fantastic rooms and service!

Perfect base for the local attractions
Pros:

Lovely comfy and spacious room.

Cons:

Can feel noisy as the sound from the corridors comes through loud and clear as well as the neighbours TV coming through the wall by our head. Was not continuously noisy though and once people had gone to bed it was quieter.

Pros:

Our room was huge, clean and well presented for our family of 5

Cons:

The pool and spa facilities are not as advertised online, pool was very small and facilities very unclean and unhygienic

Good location, clean and big rooms but no thought around loud music- if family had been informed it would have been nice
Pros:

Facilities good. Food was pricey . Rooms were big and clean.

Cons:

There was a wedding on. We were not informed and the music was that Loud we could hear every word the dj was saying so could not sleep till gone midnight.
Not ideal putting a young family right above the function room
Staff also don’t feel very welcoming- didn’t provide any info re food, swimming etc so had to ask.

Pros:

I mentioned it was my sons birthday and when we arrived to the room there was balloons and a birthday card for him. Such a lovely touch. Staff are so helpful and polite, the room was exceptional.

Nice hotel,nice room good breakfast would stay again.

Very nice breakfast,enjoyed

Cons:

Some people 5/6 in the corridor noisey and loud near my room late at night woke me up.I had a long day travelling so was not happy being disturbed.Informed reception next morning.

Good choice of hotel
Pros:

Having a room on the ground floor , good breakfast with plenty of choice , there was a small lady who seemed to have a problem with hip or knee who worked so hard replenishing all the food !

Cons:

Would of liked more towels we only had one between us but we managed for one night
