It’s individuality. The location was ideal for Legoland/Chessington World of adventures. The breakfast was really good and the staff were very friendly.
We stayed in a family room and having a divider between sleeping areas for children/adults was a brilliant addition.
There was nothing I didn’t like. If I had to make a ‘constructive criticism’ I would say the pool isn’t very big and some balls or toys would be good for children to play with.
The staff was very polite and professional.
For an old hotel it is well maintained and cozy. The food in the restaurant was good and the terrace is lovely
Poor Soundproofing in the room, I could hear next door talking in the morning, people talking in the hallway and flush/shower from next door
The Air-Con in the room was excellent
Breakfast is incredible here.
The scrambled eggs are very light & fluffy - worth arriving to breakfast early for.
Nothing
The staff were very friendly and helpful , the rooms were beautifully clean, cool and comfortable and the breakfast was excellent. We really enjoyed the pool which was warm and spacious with a steam room, sauna, and Jacuzzi.
A few late night noisy thoughtless guests, which is not the hotel’s fault.
Location great for Legoland. great staff clean and friendly staff very helpful as was a problem with the booking but all got sorted
First reception lady not very helpful.
It was exceptionally clean and the staff were very friendly and welcoming
There was no fridge in the room
The air conditioning in the rooms is good.
The food range for evening meals is limited.
The outside and inside are beautiful, the staff are very helpful and friendly
It's noisy, banging door late at night and early morning. No instructions on how to work the air conditioning/heating. So it just kept pumping out cold air. The water noise of someone showering at midnight. Diluted orange juice. Give me the Premier Inn any day, which is plain and no frills, but so quiet at night.
Great location for families due to ease of access and easy access to local attractions
Our room was very dated. Although it was comfortable and clean. Other rooms were more modern so it looks like the hotel is currently under upgrade
Close to where we were visiting. Good amenities and comfy room
Nothing
Spacious, great rooms, great dining options
Air conditioning not working - the room was very hot
Looks good and quite clean
Leak from a waste pipe above the pool so it was dripping into it. Got spoken to like a was a Karen when I told them got made to feel like a tw&t
Snappyeception staff when checking in, rude member of staff at pool. Staff could do with training on custoer service. They same things can be said in a friendly tone.
Every morning waited too long just for a tea or coffee at dining area. Was a bit disorganised or what staff do8ng what role.
