Ok option for a quick stay
Pros:

- Location is a plus to some for sure - city center, vicinity to many of the sightseeing items etc

- Hotel has a garage/parking

- Rooms were comfy and clean

- Rooftop restaurant is a nice spot to wrap up the day

Cons:

- Location: Plus to some, minus to others. It's very noisy, overall cleanliness of the neighborhood is very questionable and the overall sense of security in the city center is debatable. Particularly at night..

- Garage: Though nice to have, can be very difficult to navigate, especially for larger cars, since its an underground parking

Fantastico soggiorno ad Atene in prossimità delle principali attrazioni
Pros:

L'hotel è vicino alla stazione metro quindi comodo per arrivare ai siti archelogici, Acropoli, e principali piazze. All'arrivo in hotel ci è stata assegnata una camera che non corrispondeva a quanto acquistato. Ci siamo sistemati ma il bagno era veramente piccolo (3 mq). Abbiamo fatto presente del disguido e dai giorni successivi ci è stata assegnata una camera diversa confortevole e spaziosa (20 mq) corrispondente all'acquisto. L'hotel non ha molte camere matrimoniali. Tuttavia, il personale è molto gentile e si è adoperato per risolvere la problematica. La sala colazione posizionata al piano H, colazione a buffet dolce, salata veramente spettacolare. Cortesia e disponibilità sono le caratteristiche del personale.

Cons:

Niente in particolare. Di fatto il problema iniziale è stato prontamente risolto. Il personale al desk ha saputo cogliere la problematica e ha risolto immediatamente arrivando al nocciolo della questione.

Mycket nära Metro och prisvärda restauranger. Mycket trevlig och vänlig personal i receptionen !!
Pros:

3 minuters promenad till Metro. Nära barer och restauranger, och ett fint konditori där vi köpte våra goda smörgåsar till flyget tillbaka till Stockholm. STOR och mycket varierad frukost med allt man kan tänka sig....

Ogólnie pobyt oceniam pozytywnie. Hotel spełnił swoją rolę jako miejsce do noclegu i był dobrą bazą

Śniadania w hotelu Cristal były monotonne i każdego dnia wyglądały praktycznie tak samo. Największym minusem był brak świeżych warzyw, co znacząco ograniczało wybór i wpływało na jakość posiłków. Warto byłoby urozmaicić menu oraz wprowadzić większy wybór świeżych produktów, aby śniadania były bardziej atrakcyjne dla gości.

Dodatkowo podczas naszego pobytu w hotelu trwał remont. Prace remontowe powodowały hałas i obniżały komfort wypoczynku

The reception employee is so friendly and so informative about the city and tourist spots.

The property is clean, the sky restaurant had an amazing view of the acropolis and the location is close to the metro only 5 mins. walk.

The noise of the cars because we are at the room 109 but for some time it is tolerable and you can sleep.

צוות אדיב , שירות מעולה , ארוחת בוקר טובה , קפיטריה צמודה למלון ופתוחה 24/7 , יש מטרו קרוב מאוד .

Cons:

המיקום לא הכי נוח , ניתן להוסיף לארוחת הבוקר מעדנים ובורקס גבינה ותרד . המיזוג לא עובד ברצף כך שברגע שחוזרים לחדר חם מאוד ולוקח זמן רב להתקרר .
