No WiFi and the complaint ignored
Car park had plenty of spaces, lobby was nice, swimming pool was nice, massage was good, room was spacious and reception and cleaning staff were friendly.
We were upgraded for free to a “executive room” but it turned out to be two singles pressed together, with a gap in the middle. Mattresses were so soft it was very uncomfortable and the shower kept changing temperature from freezing cold to scalding hot and back again. WiFi in the room didn’t work. Our dinner was overpriced (£140 for 2). Food and service was ok, not great. Our dinner was also disrupted by a group of 10 drunk men loudly singing and thumping on the table. That wasn’t the hotel’s fault and the manager did come out to tell them to be quiet, but the hotel seemed to attract lads on tour for some reason.

Absolutely nothing all perfect
Everything! The staff and super friendly and helpful from the start. The hotel is set in beautiful grounds and everything is spotlessly clean.
The golf course, breakfast was ok but over priced
No sky TV in the room & no Internet connection on the TV for customers to use app. With Internet connection on the TV we could have had our own apps eg sky go, amazon or netflix.
