Good location and friendly staff
The AC in the room didn’t work, the location is very central but the street is busy so opening the window makes it very noisy, and not working AC becomes a problem.
Okna są niedomknięte gdy są zamknięte brak nadzoru właścicielskiego i bezczynność służb technicznych, brak konserwacji obiektu, olbrzymi hałas spowodowany nieszczelnymi oknami

Die Lage ist gut und das Hotel hat einen kleinen Parkplatz, den sie günstig anbieten.
Das Zimmer, welches wir hatten, ist in die Jahre gekommen. Der Teppich reibt sich auf an einer Stelle, die Wände sind voller Macken. Der Geruch im Flur nach dem Reinigen ist eigen. Ich würde ihn als Geruch "Klostein" bezeichnen, dass ist nicht böse gemeint, aber schön ist auch anders.
Hotel has a great location with walking distance to most of Cracow tourist attractions.
Great hotel in an excellent location, within walking distance of the main attractions. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and check-in was quick and easy. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with a very comfortable bed. The breakfast offered a good variety of tasty options. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely choose this hotel again.
