Traditional hotel in convenient location.
Pros:

Location was very good. Close to the city centre and main railway station.
The hotel and the room were very traditional in decor but had everything we needed. The room was at the back of the hotel so very quiet. It had a seating area as well as a comfortable bed, so we could relax between sightseeing trips around the city. Breakfast was good.

Cons:

Nothing really.

Friendly staff, good tasty breakfast, good location

Cons:

Hotel needs renovation !! Everything is old, noisy, especially the floor when you are walking,
Very ,very old and worn-out bed linen and towels, bed covers ripped off in places
No sleepers ,no dressing gown , no tooth brush, no tooth paste, no shampoo only body wash

Downgrade statt gebuchtes Zimmer

Die Lage.

Cons:

Wir wurden um das Zimmer, das wir bestellt hatten, betrogen und eine Kategorie niedriger eingebucht. Zuerst wurde alles abgestritten, nachdem wir alles belegt und argumentiert hatten wurde uns zur Entschädigung schließlich ein Frühstück angeboten. Es gab - angeblich aus technischen Gründen - keine Möglichkeit des Zimmerwechsels. Wir dachten, das sei weil schon bezahlt war, war es aber nicht wie sich bei Abreise herausstellte. Wir mussten das teure Zimmer bezahlen, statt jenem in dem wir waren und bekamen ein sehr mittelmäßiges Frühstück stattdessen. Beim Check-out wurden wir sehr unhöflich angegangen, als wir gefragt haben, ob man falls man wiederkommt dann ein Upgrade zur Entschädigung für das Downgrade bekommt. Dieses Verhalten sollte unter der Würde eines Hotels sehen. Alles in allem: WIR RATEN DRINGEND VON DIESEM HOTEL AB!

dalle foto della struttura ti fai una idea di come possa essere ma quando arrivi ....deludente...al massimo---

Cons:

sopratutto la camera che affacciava alla strada dovi il passare delle auto o tram anno disturbato il sonno in sintesi camere no insonorizzate....e piccole considerando il costo ...decisamente da evitare nel futuro..... e bisogna fare attenzione agli autisti che da aeroporto a albergo mi anno chiesto 40,00 euro.........penso sia esagerato....

It's a very old fashioned hotel full of history and character. Room was clean and spacious with nice balcony overlooking courtyard. Staff were polite. Location is 5 minutes walk train station and 10 minutes to old town
