A great night away for some R&R with my husband to celebrate our anniversary

The property was beautifully decorated with high end decor and detail .The grounds were lovely

Cons:

The fact you couldn’t cross over the bridge to walk along the Thames abd there isn’t much to do outside without driving

Calm, cool and classy! Really enjoyed our stay!
Pros:

The venue was a little hidden gem with lots of lovely features to the hotel. The reception were welcoming and friendly with a lovely calmness about them to welcome you. The rooms were a great size with air con which was amazing with it being a heatwave. We had a river view which was a nice little extra to have the doors open with a small table and chairs outside. The restaurant staff were great they were helpful and you couldn’t fault them! The wild garlic mushroom eclairs were fantastic !

Amazing hotel, lovely staff
Pros:

Lovely room and location. Great food - we had room service and breakfast. Great staff - we made a mistake with our booking (completely our own fault, not the hotels fault) and they could not have been more accommodating even though they didn’t have to be. Liza in particular who dealt with us was really kind, understanding and patient. We really appreciated it.

Bad food experience
Pros:

Nice location near river with historic buildings

Cons:

Waited 40 minutes for main course in restaurant which was just a pizza! The restaurant offering stuffers from very poor service.
