Pros:

Beautiful property, and food was good. Comfortable beds. Good value.

Cons:

The gym changing room shower room needs updating and more frequent cleaning. Pool is a bit too chlorinated

A hotel which promises more than it delivers.
Pros:

The hotel is located directly to the Thames in convenient distance from the city of Oxford.
The staff was very welcoming and friendly.

Cons:

The staff at the restaurant was efficient and with a pleasant attitude. But the meal itself was disappointing i.e. was the cheese pre-arranged and served cold where the bisquits had joined the cheese in the fridge and becoming soft.
The hotel is spread over a large area which made the walking distance with luggage long and the flooring is not wheel friendly. There is no lift to upper floors.

Extremely helpful staff especially Claire on front desk. Great breakfast. Clean

Cons:

Accessible facilities for wheelchair users- very low toilet in room - step into shower- accessible toilet downstairs nearly impossible to navigate into in a wheelchair. These issues need addressing.

Pros:

Struttura davvero bella, dotata di ogni comfort. Molto grande, vi svolgono anche matrimoni ed eventi.
Presente la spa, compresa nella prenotazione, bar e ristorante.
Camera molto grande e confortevole.
Parcheggio a pagamento ma disponibili a tenerla anche il giorno successivo.
Noi abbiamo scelto la struttura per non diver girare nella città di Oxford con la macchia. Davanti all hotel c era la fermata del autobus che in 20 minuti porta direttamente in città.

Pros:

The main room with bar is very lovely

Cons:

Need more help in the bar as drinks take a long time,
Also there was a lady pushing a catering trolley through whilst we were queuing up to check in , my dad had to quickly step back and let her through and stools on my mums toes and broke her big toenail nearly completely off as she had open toe shoes as she was dressed up ready for my daughters graduation , there was blood all over her foot , I don’t think the staff new what to do , I had to ask for a plaster and tissues etc and her shoes was all covered in blood , since this my mum had to go to the hospital yesterday to get this treated she now has to have it dressed everyday and not allowed to get it wet so a bit more help and a apology would have been nice

Pros:

Beautiful old building with lots of charm. Friendly staff and a really warm welcome at check in. Lovely food too! Location was a huge plus. Close to the city but also well placed to walk the Thames path

Cons:

The door chain was fiddly and I was locked in my room. The hotel admitted it was fiddly and sent a member of staff to help. But in the case of a fire or emergency this would be a problem and potential danger. The hotel chain should remedy this with clear instructions on the doors of rooms
