Geen airconditioning, super warm op de kamer was buiten ook 30 graden maar ramen konden niet open dus de warmte kon ook niet weg snachts, bij het ontbijt lag er niets meer toen we gingen om 9u20

My gimbal got stolen and they didn't answer their phone!!

Cons:

The Staff was rude and untrained, the rooms are super hot no fans or AC. It was a guy from an Ethiopian guy, he was checking someone in before me and their payment system giving issues. Proper policy from what I know he could have taken the ID or passport of the guest and have him pay in the morning. In the guests face he told someone who he was asking for help on the phone that he can't get in the system and too many scammers were coming there. I was given a room that was so hot i could not breath. He moved me to the 8th floor and I left my gimbal there and has been calling the hotel since Tuesday they don't take calls.

Anche se ostello, abbiamo potuto prenotare una stanza da soli con bagno privato. Tutto era pulito. Posizione super comoda davanti alla stazione dei treni centrale

Cons:

Warme kamer, Hadden een kamer met 8 bedden geboekt. kregen 2 kamers met 4 bedden. werd niet gemeld of niks mee gedaan... Lange rijen bij de receptie zorgde voor onvrede bij gasten.
