Great hotel in town centre

Great one night stay
Pros:

The staff are very friendly. It is located very close to the castle and many restaurants. They helped us in arranging transportation from Alnmouth to Alnwick. Rooms were clean and the breakfast was awesome.
The hotel is decorated with the things obtained from the old ship Olympic so that was something very special. I would highly recommend this place to everyone.

Wonderful stay in The White Swan Hotel, in lovely Alnwick
Pros:

Lovely big clean room, bed was really comfortable, slept very well. Lovely well kept hotel, friendly staff. Handy free parking at rear of hotel. The breakfast was excellent, good choice of cereals, juices, pastries etc, buffet style hot food, excellent choices, tea, coffee and toast all to order at the table by the lovely waiting staff. Wonderful hotel would recommend and would stay again.

very good would stay again, for the price the venue was worth what we paid.
Pros:

The location and the welcome of the staff. Also the unique panelling in the restaurant, The room was a reasonable standard, and the bed fairly comfortable and a nice size.

Cons:

The mattress was a bit tired and after a few nights was becoming tired and causing back ache. The bathroom also had a step down into, which was a tripping hazard and the decor is in need of a freshen up. The public space carpets were also starting to look jaded.

Enjoyable stay in good location.
Pros:

Location, size of room. Hardys was lovely for meal and drinks. Car park.

Cons:

Steep stairs and no lift. Breakfast was cold on second day. One set of curtains didn’t fully cover the window.

Overnight Stay for a Wedding
